The stay was great, perfect location for the trip planned. Close to where we needed to go. The accommodations were very cozy.

Stayed here during hurricane Milton. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The property was very well maintained. The only negative was the hidden $20 per day for parking. Still a great deal here!

Lovely stay. The staff is top notch, friendly and quick to accommodate everyone. Really nice perks here, small grocery with some essentials, coffee, and snacks. Laundry is Free! Pool and grills for guests. The gym has just what you need for a timely workout. The one bedroom is spacious, comfortable, and yes you can cook here. Housekeeping is quiet in the halls, friendly, and super efficient! Book here!

Location and covered parking were very convenient. Full size fridge also a major plus. Lack of ventilation in the room, no fan in bathroom, room was humid. The kitchen drawers and vanity drawers didn’t close.

Stayed at Candlewood 2 bedroom suite for my birthday. Enjoyed Disney during our stay. Close to the parks..GPS may take you through the back of MK. So be alert...and you will have to turn around. Our room was spectacular! Nicely cleaned...kitchen..al the utensils and fully stocked to cook.Full size fridge. Bedrooms..comfortable beds..we had a king bed and 2 queen bed with 2 separate bathrooms. Stayed 4 days..maid service weekly..if you need towels or anything else just request to the front desk. I also used the gym, 3 treadmills..2 glyders and lots of weights with a tv on each treadmill.Also very clean. Parking is garage parking and you need to use your room key to get IN and OUT. but there is plenty of parking. Im a runner..would not recommend runing out side..very busy intersections...but easy to get to by car. I would definitely go back..I am one to prefer stayiing at a Disney resort , but i can honestly say for the price we got...we were able to splurge at the parks instead of the hotel. Kudos to the employees of this Candlewood Hotel!

Good for Family

After we booked our DW Saratoga Springs trip, my husband decided he wanted to fly in a day earlier. We could not change our Disney accommodations so we booked w/ Candlewood. (Loved our Lexington, KY Candlewood stay.) Our flight was delayed then delayed again so we checked in at 5am on the day we should be checking out. The night guy was so patient and pleasant! He gave us toothbrushes & paste since our bag was missing which was fabulous. Will keep this place in mind for future stays and tell friends.

I’m big on reading reviews these help me out when I’m booking a hotel. This hotel was great. It was very clean. The suite was beautiful. My husband and I went for two nights three days. I loved it so much. Will be back with the kids very soon! Everything is close by parks restaurants stores!!!

Good hotel with nice view. Laundry is free with shuttle to Disney

The front desk was awesome. I had no problem. The hotel room was very clean. Had the full kitchen for us. The bathroom was awesome. The only thing that I would suggest with the bathrooms is to put a mat in the tub so people don’t slip and fall besides that everything was good.

Room suite was so spacious and comfortable but the only I didn’t like was not real clean, floors dirty and find some trash behind de couch and inside the couches, kitchen was not clean, but great staff and service

I'm still here n overall my experience here has been wonderful.

I contacted the hotel 2-days before we arrived to confirm a special request for my wife to make sure it had been met and was reassured that it was at the front desk. Unfortunately when we arrived the request had not been met, but I have to say if it wasn't for Victoria the receptionist who checked us in we probably would have been extremely disappointed. She went above and beyond getting management assistance to upgrade our room to make sure our request was met. We were completely satisfied and appreciative of her efforts and making our vacation as comfortable as possible. Thank you Victoria!!
