It was clean and simple. The roof top seemed more well-suited for relaxation and spa time. I was there in the off season so it’s hard to picture it at full capacity, running on all cylinders. I’m sure that would be a very different experience. Reminded me of a university campus on 4 floors.

Great stay, very modern hostel with great rooms, bathrooms, and a nice patio bar area that has billiards, table games, spa, pool, steam room, and mini cinema.

It was my first time staying at a hostel and it turned out better than I thought! It was very clean and I felt safe. I loved their rooftop bar, hammocks, etc. There were two disappointments: the whirlpool, it was not hot at all and I was unable to enjoy it after a long day and the beach isnt right there. It mentioned it has private beach but it didnt say we had to take the shuttle and pay for the shuttle to the private beach.

Hostel is in a great location. Close to the bus station, supermarket, and many other amenities.

Phone was stolen. Staff were incredibly useless, unsymapthetic, and gave me attitude. I told them my phone was stolen, and they said theyll be with me in a minute, and theyve got to check someone else in. The more I asked them for help, the more irritated they became. I asked about their security cameras. They said they can only see camera footage the next day at 8am. How is this useful? As a solo traveler, losing a phone is catastrophic. I wrote on a piece of paper the events that occurred. No one read it by the morning, including the manager. The security footage was shown on a phone to me, but didnt have a fast-forward button, so we couldnt see all of it. The manager jumped around in 5-minute increments. Note: people can walk by the camera faster than once in 5 minutes.Getting mad about a phone being stolen is like yelling at the sky because its raining. It happens, and theres little to nothing you can do about it. But having the staff treat me in such a hostile way, as not just a traveler in Mexico, but a traveler in Cancun - a city whos economy literally depends on tourism and customer satisfaction - is disgusting.

The hostel is very affordable and decent. Located in downtown Cancun, it is surrounded by markets and restaurants. The rooms are clean with spacious lockers and comfy mattresses (there is an AC that is always too cold - but this might be subjective). The rooftop has a bar, a pool table, a swimming pool and hammocks. The shuttle to the beach costs only USD$2 round-trip. The only thing that can be improved is that they need more staff at the counter as check-ins and check-outs are quite slow. But overall I would highly recommend this to travelers with a low budget who want to stay at the heart of the city.

Everything was nice and clean however, I can stress this enough do not leave your personal things like money, credit cards or computer visible even in a closed backpack. Leave it in a locker and trust no one. Someone stole my credit credits and they were trying to get into my bank account. Good thing I reported it before they tried. I am not saying this place is horrible and ghetto, but what happened to me it must have been a person that was observing my group and ending up stealing our personal items. Would I stay again? YES... Would I be careful and lock my things even a pair of socks? YES.. The service was awesome, the hostel was clean, the people were nice but breakfast was not so good. What I love is the price of the hostel was super affordable.

Location was far better than the posting on computer. City local bus for 12 pesos to Punta Nizuc( 2nd largest Coral reefs) other beaches, La Isla Mall, Ferries to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres. Large grocery store MEGA at door. Clean, full cooked breakfast served daily.Fridge, computer stations, gym, pool with guests all ages from all over the world...Africa, China, South America, Europe. Best rooms are the ones with more guests sharing due to windows in the rooms...smaller rooms with less guests no windows. Safe too! Very clean and professional hostel!

The Hostel is very well managed. The staff very friendly and serve as your guides when in need of directions. I wanted to go to the market, and one of the guys was able to pull up and print a map for me. At the Roof Top the service was great. In overall, it was a great experience.

Anyways I came back a second time, i went and chill in the rooftop and again less busy this time but again, I got less attention, my drink took more time to get serve and guess what was similar that day to my first time.... white people where there and they’re we’re given better service, I’m a Mexican brown skin. Maybe their service was different because in general they think white peoples tip more than browns skin .. which isn’t true in my case , if I like your service I’ll tip you more than the topical 15% .

Amazing experience! I was so pleased with my stay here, this place has everything you would want in a Hotel yet it is very affordable to stay here. The entire staff is on point with their service and everyone greets you well. I extended my stay several times because I just love Agua Y Fuego! I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Cancun!

This is a hidden and developing gem in Cancun. It has all of the amenities anyone would need while traveling. Ideal location to get to/from airport,Hotel Zone and more. The staff is awesome!

This is by far the best Hostel around, don't look for others, period. Andrea is really friendly person, Mauricio on the roof garden is a really positive fella as well as Herberts they are allways smiling and willing to help having fun, breakfast is included everyday and the chef is a master making my tummy happy. Jorge on the night shift has a really nice vibe, all staff is great.
