Difficult to access this property from interstate and local roads, but that's certainly not the fault of the hotel...

Property is clean, spacious rooms and easy check in 24hr desk. Breakfast was not good.

The hall ways were hot, but the rooms were nice and chilled. We were also able to check in 40 minutes early, and breakfast was decent.

It was a good stay, room was clean but the carpet was wet. Not sure if it was because how cold it was in the room from the air conditioning or if they cleaned the carpet prior to our stay. Very close to or destination.

While staying there, an expensive piece of property went missing while we were at the beach. It was clear that house keeping had been in our room due to made beds and new towels. The property was there when we left but gone when we returned. We don't believe anyone took it due to it being a dental/medical thing, but we believe it accidentally ended up in the laundry or trash when house keeping cleaned. We spoke to the manager, and she refused to take any responsibility or even be open to the fact an accident could have occurred. She would rather argue with us. Absolutely horrible customer service. The actual employees who worked the front desk were super nice. It was just the manager. She was horrible. Also, the beds were super uncomfortable and dirty rags from cleaning were left in our bathroom. There was a clump of hair on the floor. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. The breakfast sucked. We only ate it once out of the three days we stayed.

The Staff was very friendly! The property looked great, and the room was huge and very clean!

Had to be moved to 3 different rooms because one of the beds were broke and the next room people above us was very noisy and then one of the employees lied about not hearing the noise. The manager has yet to reach out to me.

Good place to stay. Not fancy but clean. The rooms could be made up more often. We only had maid service twice over the course of 7 days.

I arrived, checked in and upon entering my room with the key i was just given, i found someone else already there!! Staff gave me a key to an occupied room! I then waiting over 45 minutes for another room and it smelled like a sour rug. The tub had black mold and the bathroom sink was clogged. Not to mention that i paid a month in advance for a king bed suite but now had a double beds suite. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. And i didn't feel safe considering the staff allowing access to occupied rooms previously. I brought this up to a manager and not so much as an apology for anything! Never again

The suite was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area has a full-size refrigerator a dishwasher, and a table that seats three. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large, with good water pressure. I've always liked the breakfasts at Home2. There have pre-made little omelettes and egg bowls with bacon and veggies. They always have make your own waffles. Negatives: the window shade in the main room was missing. There was a semi-shear blind, which was insufficient since the room was on the ground floor with people regularly walking from the parking lot to the door by the elevator. The floors were clean, but made a sticky noise as we walked on them.

Road side room was extremely loud. We did not sleep well, hearing every car scream down the interstate. And... like every where now, the smell of marijuana is sickening.

We didn’t feel safe in the area and the room’s carpet had more stain s than we could count. There was hair hanging from the bathroom vent and all the valve were reversed in the bathroom as well.

Excellent property great front desk, staff, and a very spacious room

When we arrived our room was 80 degrees, the bed side table was dirty, the carpet had not been vacuumed and the bed spread had stains all over it. On our way out I stopped at the front desk and told them. They said they would clean it right away. When we came back the only thing done was a new comforter. They did clean anything else. Luckily I bring my own comforter everywhere I go. We frequently visit family in Summerville and will cross this hotel off our list for $300 a night. Ridiculous

I stay at Hilton several times a year. has always been my favorite, just when I take my family with me to an activity in my community, we had a terrible night, the air conditioning didn't work properly (and I know what I'm talking about, I'm a professional plumber and I work with HVAc) there weren't enough towels in the bathroom . that was very annoying

Not the cleanest rug in the room- definitely needs attention. Bathroom was clean - overall looks like it needs some attention but is fine for a night

It's not the hotel's fault but the stomping of the folks above us was unbelievable - for 3 mornings we got to listen to that. Also, found wrappers and scrunched paper of some sort crammed between the mattress and box springs. Only noticed as it was sticking out. There is also dried hot cocoa or coffee on the table wheels and dust under the foot of the bed and I also found a clear plastic piece of what seemed like paper under the foot of the bed? We were supposed to have our room cleaned every other day and that was never done and we needed another towel. What I did like was seeing the cleaning lady doing a deep clean in the dining area after everyone ate. I only drank the coffee but the food choices looked great. The front desk staff was great and friendly.

Everything was perfect

Not sure what this property was before, but this is one I will never stay in ever again. When I arrived I was not acknowledge or was thanked for the very long wait. Upon entry it seems to be alright, until I looked at the microwave it was filthy. Luckily I keep Lysol wipes with me to wipe down the microwave handles, the countertop, and remote controls. The furniture looked dated and orange. Housekeeping only spots clean because my bedding looked suspect and there were rust spots on the light comforter. Someone also left their faux lashes on a mirror. Housekeeping isn't cleaning. Room needs a humidifier. Very stuffy. But the issue that I had to report management was a cockroach in the bathroom. I sent pics after checking out and not heard back from no one.

I love the location. It was peaceful. I love size of the room ...we felt comfortable staying there. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable. I will definitely be back
