This is our hmfav place to stay on our way to Missouri from Oklahoma. Clean, comfortable & easy.

The property was very clean. Friendly staff. Room just as pictured. Very nice set up.

Very nice property; however, there were a couple of maintenance issues with the room. I notified the desk, but I'm not sure that anything is going to come of that. Oddly enough, the weekend before, I stayed at another Springhill property in North Kansas City and that room had maintenance issues as well. I'm probably not going to stay at another Springhill Suites.

I dont know what the engineers were thinking when they designed the rooms. The bathroom is in the middle of the room. The door is a sliding barn door type. No lock ever works. Plus, and this is really annoying, the door has a giant window. ?!?!. When you do not want to disturb others, too bad, a giant shaft of light from the bathroom will wake em up.

All the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean. Big problem is the shower did not work. The maintenance man was coming to fix it just as we were leaving to check out.

The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The property overall was nice. The room was pleasant but some of the things were inoperable. The mini fridge was out of order, one light was flickering while in use and another did not work. Our lock on the door handle was broken and a few things in the room were dirty like a towel with makeup, hair in the bathroom and the ice bowl was dirty. We used the pool and it was okay. The breakfast food was not really good. They didn't really have more selection for kids other than cereal. The oatmeal was cold and hard and the hot food was not great either. The coffee was decent though.

Easy access off I-44. Plenty of food options nearby. Amazed by the number of street/homeless people on many street corners in this part of town, often in groups of 3 or more.

This is our second stay and the only things we would change are to have a better variety for breakfast. Maybe offer a pastry, a waffle maker, and assorted fresh fruit. Also, the black out curtains don’t close all the way to the edge so a sliver of bright light stays throughout the night and then the sun will come streaming in. Maybe bring a sleep mask. We do love the couch though. It’s big enough for a 6’4” dad to sleep on while the girls get the beds. :)

There was a awful smell when entering the building. I switched rooms after the first night due to ants and another bug I found in my room. The offered breakfast was underwhelming, only ate a banana, coffee was cold. The decor was great and loved the layout of the room, but the previously mentioned failures made it so I most likely won’t book again.

Very clean and nice, our only issue was the uncomfortable beds and flat pillows and the air conditioner made loud noises all night, we measured decibels and it was 70 which is equivalent to many people carrying on a normal conversation. Other than that it was great.
