Pros- easy walk to the shopping area and tourist attraction spacious. good for packing luggage before heading home has a kitchen what you see on the photos is what you get clean Cons- water heater broken. I believe they use solar energy for their water heater so when the weather is not sunny, the back up heater did not work. So we ended up not taking about 4 showers during our 4 nights stay. They tried to fix it and even moved us to another unit. But unfortunately, the problem persist even on our last day. It got fix after a day and after 1 day of working just fine. It got problems again. So if you are the type of person that needs to shower 2x/day ( morning and before bed time) and can only tolerate warm/hot showers, then do not stay here unless you want to risk not taking any showers on some days. The water is really icy cold and our bodies cannot tolerate it. Lastly, on our last day, we were not able to take a shower before heading to the airport. What a disaster. Would I stay here again? Maybe not. Unless, I am sure that they have a functioning water heater during my entire stay. It is not easy looking for another hotel in the middle of your trip. It is such a hassle and you will end up losing time that should have been for relaxing or sightseeing.

The property was beautiful and clean. It is situated in a great location that is safe and an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Someone met us at the property to go over instructions with us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Athens. We rented two units for 7 people and slept comfortably.

Absolutely perfect place to stay, in the middle of everything . Very nice property, clean, spacious rooms. Only problem if you need a storage during check out you have to pick up your luggage before 4 pm. I will always stay in here when I am in Athens.

The only negative was the traffic noise on a busy street next to the apartment block, but that wouldn't stop us staying again. It felt like a nice safe area. There is the benefit of a supermarket really close by open till 9pm mon to fri, and 8pm sat. There is a smaller supermarket open Sunday about 5 to 10 minutes away up the hill.

Great location within walking distance of acropolis, syntagma square, bars, restaurants and shopping. The property is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Staff were amazing and accommodated all of our requests. The suite on the 5 th floor was very spacious and quiet. We would definitely return.

The location is excellent, although the lift can sometimes not be operable and the flats are on the 4th/5th floor. The Management Company in charge of the property was unprofessional, unhelpful and not understanding. We left feeling we had been “ripped off”and they did not care! We downgraded our room on arrival as the photographs on Expedia were not representative of the class of room booked on Expedia. We explained this and they agreed that incorrect photographs were advertised, but made little effort to refund us the difference of the lower grade room and said it was our responsibility and nothing to do with them, and we should contact Expedia directly. We felt ripped off as clearly it was not our fault and surely it is the responsibility for the owner/management company to ensure correct photographs/images of specific rooms are advertised. We contacted the management company on numerous occasions, to find a fair solution. Alas to no avail. In the end they contacted Expedia but we only received a token refund of £32 instead of the difference of £102 for two nights as per the advertisement. This is not reasonable compensation, especially given the way it was managed, and caused much ill feeling. A further point to be wary of is that there was a large step in the centre of our room, that was dangerous at night as there was limited lighting and you were visiting the bathroom. We won’t be staying again.

The property is well located in a great neighbourhood centrally located to many attractions and dining options. It is in superb like-new condition and decorated with great taste. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating for all needs during the stay and recommended great options for making the most of our time. Can’t wait to stay again!

The apartment was in excellent condition and well equipped. It is located one square block from the parliament building and we were able to find ample car park on the street since it was a weekend. The staff member that met with us was very helpful. The area has cafes and restaurants that are open late at night.
