The continental breakfast leaves me desiring more. The eggs are runny, there was no meat and the waffles are flavored. Only flavored available. Overall great hotel but if breakfast is important than you may want to ask what they are really serving.

Nice place to stay. Room was clean. We had King bed and handicap accessible railing in the bathroom. Tub sqeaked alot as you moved in the shower.(a little annoying but shower had great pressure) Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was small but enough. Eggs and sausage patties. Make a waffle, toast, or bagel. There's cereal, juice, coffee, and milk. Overall it was a good place.

The check-in was very easy and quick. The room was clean. The light over the mirror in the bathroom did not work. We had a king size bed. It was lumpy for me. But I normally sleep on a cooled memory foam mattress. The pillow I thought were very small and hard. There were 4 pillows on the bed. I ask at the front desk if they had a vending machine. I was told they did not. On the way to the room my wife remember they had a lounge that was open until 1:00 am. We went to the lounge. They had a place we could buy vending type products from someone at the front desk over the counter. You would have thought they could have told us that. I wasn't wowed.

We have stayed at Brookstone 3 or 4 times when in Fort Dodge for work or visiting friends. Have always enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend staying here.

The property seems clean and newer. We arrived very late at night after a long day of travel. Upon check in we found that our toilet was broken. They didn’t have any other suites to move us to and asked if we could move to a regular king bedroom (not suite). That would not work with our family size. We said we could manually flush the toilet for the night. Then we were making up the pull out couch and there were no extra sheets or pillows for the pull out couch. I had to go back down to the lobby at 1am and ask for those things.

AC noise drove us crazy and sleepless. Breakfast lacking in fruit, pastry was at least a day old. Greeting at check-in was rude. Clerk in the morning was anti friendly.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We purchased this hotel room to go back and be able to go into the pool. The pool was was not open. There is an issue with the tub floor in that room while showering. The floor was popping and I felt like you were gonna fall through the bottom of the tub.Would like a discount on the stay. No one at the facility was able to help us at the time that we left. Very dissatisfied and probably will never stay at this facility again

Shout out to the best hotel to Fort Dodge!!
Very accommodating in an emergency situation when the brakes went out on our car!!! Can’t think this hotel enough for everything they did for me and my child and my one-year-old granddaughter!!! Talk about friendly service if I could give more than five stars, I would.

We stayed at Brookstone because we thought it was one of the best choices for the area. Upon entrance I thought it looked nice. But, our bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, bed pillows were not great, hallway carpets were filthy. Honestly , attention to detail is definitely needed.

Overall the stay was fine. It was a busy weekend so it was loud. Service was very good. Pool was freezing. The light above the mirror in the bathroom didnt work and trim work was coming apart.

The key cards didn't work in the outside entrances, there was a light out in our room, there weren't any towels in the pool area, my kids all reacted to the amount of chlorine in the pool, the breakfast items weren't kept full, and the sidewalks weren't shoveled.

We had a very nice stay. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The only complaint was that the sink did not drain well.

This is a newer hotel. We were impressed that the pictures online was actually what we got as that has not been the case with other hotels in the recent past. The room was clean & spacious. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
