Hotel could not be better. Everything clean, working, and stylish. Terrific breakfast. Will stay there again on future trips.

Fast and friendly service, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. What else is there to say? Can really recommend this one.

Good location to the business district. Shower was a trickle and could barely get hot water. Coffee and water was not replaced. Another guests dirty socks were in the wardrobe. No dressing gowns provided.

Hotel location made it really convenient to be in/out of downtown area in a 10 min drive. Staff was really friendly and provided lot of useful information and suggestion for a late dinner the date of our arrival.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. I enjoyed the stay.

Short and sweet

My dinner dining experience was very good, except for breakfast. I had to leave before breakfast and was asked if I wanted a breakfast to take with me. Why not? The sandwich (2) breakfast was a simply dry. It consisted of ham & cheese w/o butter or anything. A plain dry sandwich. Also the window in my bathroom did not have a curtain. The building close by was very close. Anyone in there could look inside my toilet area, I didn’t care for that., Other than that the staff were very pleasant and my dinner in the restaurant was delicious. So, I was very surprised with my breakfast takeaway.

Checking in late, I wanted to eat in the in-house restaurant, but because of the overwhelming cigar smoke from one of the other RESTAURANT tables (not the bar). I had to leave the premises to find another restaurant.

The only problem is their TV don't have much English channels to watch except news channels.

Nice modern hotel…though, with thin walls in connecting rooms (connecting door needs to sound proof), we could hear our next door neighbor coughing all night, that is after 13 hours of traveling. The staff, both at reception and the restaurant a bit dry, unfriendly, could try to smile a little, is free and does wonders. Regardless, we like the hotel and the area where is located, 20 minutes away from the airport and Zagreb bus terminal is only 4-5 blocks away. We would considered staying there again if we ever come back to Zagred.

Very nice and clean.

We were told that the room we booked and paid for weeks ago wasn't available. I think they were overbooked. We ended up having to stay at a different hotel.

Friendly efficient service. We had supper at the hotel. It was excellent.

Overall, great stay! The front desk staff were kind, the room was clean and cozy, and very conveniently located near the bus station! I would definitely stay here again :)

This is actually a convenient location if you are travelling by car, close to main roads leading to airport and to the old town. Parking is excellent and inexpensive. Breakfast is quite good, if a little pricey. Rooms are good.
