Hotel was nicely presented with breakfast being taken on the 12th floor.

Everything was very good. Very friendly staff. EILLIA at the restaurant is great person. One thing surprised me. NO COFFEE OR TEA IN THE ROOMS!!

New and in great shape this hotel is under rated! Roof top breakfast was spectacular

Room contains a bare minimum:no 2nd pillows,no extra chair ,no mirror,no hairdryer.I had to ask for them to provide the hairdryer in the morning. The minibar is not working ,bottles are warm,no any drinking water .the air conditioner doesn’t work,2hangers in the wardrobe. The only good thing is bathroom:room nicely done,modern,excellent shower. Reception’s service is poor,couldn’t provide any information,such as where is the nearest bank machine . I’ve booke and paid for twin room with 2 single bed,received double bed room . They’ve promised to rectify it first thing in the morning,however nothing been done about it. Breakfast was disappointing:although the food range was ok,no service whatsoever,1coffee machine ,queue to make coffee /tea ,1toaster. The food trays are not replenish in time. Just be careful-it is not a 4star hotel service or amenities.

Very nice hotel with big rooms, fresh shower and good restaurant (a bit pricey for Romania). Had some interesting designfeatures. Very fast check in, helpful staff.

Great hotel with a very good location on The Boulevard!

The hotel is clean, modern, great decor and spacious. It is a little distance away from the main shopping area, but this is a good thing if you like your quiet stay. The only issue that I had was that I waited one hour for a bowl of pasta at the restaurant. It was not even busy and only four other tables occupied. Besides this, I would stay here again no problem.

The hotel was nice, clearly new built and clean. The issues I had were that taxis couldn’t pull to the hotel entrance, they always dropped me off in the street and I had to go around to get to the hotel entrance. The rooms are not sound proof so I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The COVID mask policy seemed relaxed as not even staff was wearing it all the time. There were a few times where I needed extra items brought to the room and it took quite a while each time, it didn’t seem like they were fully staffed. It was good for a quick visit as the hotel looked nice and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was not worth it, it cost 60 Ron and you had only pears for fruit, some few spreads and no pastries or bread options. The coffee was from a machine and they could only offer you omelettes as a hot breakfast option and there was only one yogurt there, very poor selection for the price.
