This property was perfect for us. It is in a great location (5 min subway ride to the center and other locations) and it is served by several nice restaurants and bar. We were missing a crib when we walked in but the management is super quick in responding and fix the problem right away. I strongly recommend it especially for the price.

Long and narrow - not what I expected, but it worked. Suggestion: Add instructions as to how to work the A/C.

Beautiful spacious apartment, perfect for our family gathering. Easy to get into the old city quickly on the Ubahn. Very comfortable beds, although we had to wedge one of the bedroom doors shut as it wouldn't latch properly. Kitchen could be better equipped - most obvious being no wine glasses. We got some disposable ones from the supermarket which is just over the road - very handy!

The property itself was great! A very safe location and convenient too! Lots of supermarkets nearby and places to eat. The apartment was beautiful inside and the building itself. The style of the apartment was functional, minimal, and amazing! My family and I especially loved the beds. Not only were they comfortable but the white sheets and duvets were a great touch! The only thing is was communication with the property managers/hosts. We tried communicating some issues we found with the washing machine and some other things but they either took too long to get back or not at all. The issues, while we were there, were not solved- so we did it ourselves. Besides this we fully recommend this property!!

The apartment is a great location to explore Vienna! The only thing was the two separate blankets were a bit uncomfortable for a couple. However, the rest of the apartment was spotless and very nice! Would definitely come again.

Bright, airy and light

The apartment was at the ground level of a large building, facing a very busy street with non-stop noise from cars/trucks passing literally by our heads all night. It was also across a commercial "garage". We couldn't keep the windows open for cooler air (no air conditioning or portable fan despite the online descriptions stating it had one) due to noise, cigarette smoke, and safety concerns (ground level). There is a laundry machine but no dryer (or drying rack, again false description). We requested a drying rack which was delivered the same day but we ended up wasting precious vacation time at this point merely waiting for the delivery (since there was no "safe or combination lock box" in the apartment for valuables). Hot water ran out when two people needed to shower consecutively. This was due to the thermostat (unreachable) being set to barely "warm" temperatures. So we took cold showers. There was a huge disgusting chunk of hair blocking the shower drain. The faucet in the kitchen was wobbly/broken. Online descriptions stated that the room had a full size refrigerator. It had a mini refrigerator. There was only one bath towel/person for 3 days of stay with no "hand" towels. There was only one soap for dishwasher/laundry. We were told extra towels would cost us 5 Euros each (despite having paid a hefty nightly rate). The mirror in the bathroom was placed so high nobody could use it. Most of the above could have been remedied beforehand but were not-which is unfortunate.

Beautiful old building with modern amenities. Family loved the lamps with charging stations; great for 5 people with one electrical adapter.

First of all, stay inside the room, it's beautiful and warm. However, you need to enter a construction building. It's kind of weird. When our first day to check in at dusk it's all dark. like an adventure. The gate 24 hours open. even we received a PIN code. we never have a chance to use it. We stayed there for two days. In the first day, we can't find a hairdryer. But to find an iron, a vacuum. :( There's a EUROSPAR supermarket across the road. I would have recommend this apartment when all are settled.

The apartment was good, but there was contruction in process and they didn’t told us. It was scary arriving at night because everything was dark and the front gate always open.

The flat is fine ,spacious however we were shocked that the building is under construction, dust everywhere and builders start hammering at 7 am. The agency should wait to offer the flats until the construction is finished.

The kitchen is very good with stove and oven which I was unexorcted happy with. Washing machine also a bonus to wash my clothes. But no wifi inhouse was not convenient. The drainage at shower tub was blocked. No hair dryer for ladies. Most of other flats are under innovation, qiite noisy in day time. Location is very accessible to bus stop and underground.
