Before check-in, Sam was extremely helpful. I made multiple calls and he was polite each time. The front desk lady at check-in was friendly, funny and courteous. Our room was handicap accessible (for me). It was spacious and accommodating. The bathroom was completely delightful and well thought out! Check-out was a breeze.
I forgot to ask if they offered military discounts on their rooms???
We will be back!!!

I booked the room for my sister and I. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing; courteous and very professional. Our experience was above our expectations!!

The Front Desk lady who greeted us is a Hoot! She made checking in fun. The room was nice, well apportioned. A/C worked well. Bath room door needs attention as it will wake the dead in the night. No sink stopper and the toilet rocks a bit. Breakfast was what you would expect, coffee was good.

Super clean, great delicious breakfast! Great for families, they provided a playpen for our baby. Gas and mall within walking distance. Would stay here again for sure. Friendly staff and. Quiet area.

I visit my family quite often. I have stayed at almost every hotel in this area. This hotel is one of my favorites. The stay is always so helpful. Quality of the hotel is one of the best. It’s a little further than other hotels from mine family. I will still book her for the service.

Promptly greeted upon arrival. Super friendly and accommodating. I was there visiting my granddaughter for the weekend. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was awesome too and the nice clean and pretty room. Strolled to the outlet center and to Bucees.

Staff were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Hotel and room was clean and spacious. Complementary breakfast was decent. Good coffee. Close to an outlet mall with tons of shopping and restaurants. Good location and right next to a buccee’s gas station with cheap gas and good snacks!! Will be staying here again next month.

It was our second time in this hotel and my family and I were AMAZED at the excellent customer service of all the staff members and how patient they were with my 4 young kids. Highly recommend this place for families!

I am one to read reviews. Before I booked my room here I read about 20 reviews before choosing. I thought I didnt need to read anymore. The staff was excellent, the room was amazing, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely stay overall and they accommodated my support puppy with no problems. The outlet is literally across the street so it was nice to walk back & forth. Also Buckees is 2mins away too! The laundry room only had one set of machines. Cost is $2.50 per load per machine and they only take quarters. Finding quarters was an adventure in itself but we made the best of it. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was nice. Everyone was kind. I wish SpringHill would do cots or rollaways (we have teens that don't want to share a bed), but for a night or two, it's okay. We felt safe at this location, and shopping and Buc-cee's are right nextdoor. Room was clean and comfortable.

The the rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was good, staffs were friendly. Overall will definitely book there again. Very happy with the stay

The check-in was very fast, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was better than similar facilities. You can have your hot coffee at any time in the lobby. You need 45 mins drive to reach Houston downtown. We enjoyed our stay in that facility.
