It was great with a wonderful view of the city. The only complaint is that our room card was deactivated daily! That was a beat down.

This was the first time my family stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. This is a very convenient location if you need to stay near the airport and want to visit the downtown area or La Roma. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We very much appreciated the courtesy shuttle to the airport. The layout of the rooms is modern and open. However, I personally prefer more privacy between the restroom and the bedroom.

This is a trendy sort of place attached to a small mall. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My air conditioner wasn't working so I had a hot night but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the restaurant was good. Breakfast is not included but they did have cookies on each of the floors if you want a sweet treat. It's close to the airport which is handy but the driver left me on the wrong end so I had a long walk to get to my airline. Overall, a good stay.

I arrived at 3:00 am and paid more than I wanted to, because all the other hotels near the airport closed their check-in by midnight, which seemed a bit silly. The bed and bedding were out of this world. Although it's close to the airport as the crow flies it took at least 20 minutes by taxi, even in the small hours and the neighborhood is quite impoverished. The hotel has a huge sign outside the business building it's in, but it is accessed by an elevator inside the main lobby. Breakfast, at extra cost, was very good. I'll probably splurge and stay there again when I arrive in MX too late to get to my final destination three hours away. I took an "authorized" taxi from the airport - I'm an elderly blonde woman with workable (not great) Spanish and felt perfectly safe.

Close to airport, very nice and clean. Not very quiet. Do not stay in rooms around 232 very noisy from upstairs and music from downstairs

I'm very fond of Fiesta America, I've stayed at this location and other locations before, it is by far my favourite in Mexico, it is way more posh and elegant than the Hilton, Marriott and other worldwide known hotels. I took my mom here for the first time and she loved it too. Also, super convenient to be close to the airport. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to be close to the aiport. I wouldn't stay here if I was doing a longer trip in Mexico City, as it's also not near the touristy areas but in a situation like that I would probably stay in your location that's closer to the Angel of Independance. My stay here was because I needed to board a flight the following day.

I had a wonderful stay, I slept very well, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had good food options and the staff were very helpful and courteous will stay there again.

Saturday 11:15pm they have a “party” in the terrace extremely loud with music at very high volume and people yelling and screaming. It defeats the purpose of staying in this hotel close to the airport to rest before leaving at 4:30am the morning after

The room was very modern and up to date and clean. The tile shower was dangerously slippery, low water pressure. We dont speak English and communication was an issue in the restaurant and resolving a medical emergency.
