This was an excellent stay for the room price and included free parking. The room was very clean and comfortable but small, like many rooms in New York. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. It was also odd to have stairs going down into the lobby. The elevator was restricted for wheelchair use.

I honestly love this place. Staff are nice and rooms may be small but I'm not there for that. I'm there for. Place to relax and that's always possible at this place.

The woman at the counter refused to greet me when I said "good morning". But was mumbling under her breath thru-out. No smile. Actually threw my card on the floor instead of handing it back. Refused to tell me her name. When I mentioned a bad review she said "Good". Was warm & friendly with them & chatted. Opposite of how I was treated. The physical hotel is decent. But staff is weird & unfriendly imo.

Was absolutely disgusting. We booked weeks before the actual trip. when we got there we had to wait until 1:30 in the morning to check in because they had rented our room out to an hourly customer. The room was discussing carpet was dirty bathroom was wet handprints on the mirror. Sheets were dirty and they were working girls everywhere. I wouldn’t have stayed there but it was 1:30 in the morning and couldn’t find another place till the morning. Wouldn’t refund us for the other two nights we were supposed to stay there they’re scam artist.

You get what you pay for. The one thing I liked was the location; it looked and feel safe. No homeless people around and plenty of shops nearby. I was given a room that was occupied and had lots of clothes all over. Told the receptionist and first thing she said was “not my fault!”. Gave me a room with no key so I had to ask reception to open every time I wanted to get back to my room. A day later I was given another room but smelled a bit of cigarettes. I just took it since I was only staying for the weekend. I’d still book it for a less-than-two-days trip

Not at all what we expected. Poor lighting in the parking lot. Room door was open when we arrived, the room smelled nasty, carpet was dirty, it just felt dirty. Staff was not helpful in trying to help us find transportation to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed with this hotel.

the property was not dirty and smell really bad. towels were similar to the one at a self service carwash. Carpet and bedsheet were torn and dirty. Cracks and rust everywhere. Air Conditioner duct was loaded with dust.

Too noisy and smells a little

We arrived and were given a room that was dirty was never cleaned. The key to the room had to be updated daily as it had a time limit and after a certain time it would not open the room. the noise was loud from the cars in the parking lot. The room had no closet to put your clothes. We had to keep them in the suitcase. The staff was never at the front desk and people had to wait for service.

Abysmal. Despite the high cost I paid through Hotels.com, they did not have a room available for me when I arrived. After I asked them to resolve the situation, the clerk disappeared into an office and never returned. I slept in the lobby. Do not use this hotel. Hotels.Com has been unable to reach the property to get a refund for me.

Did not expect any luxury room out of the price however expected at least a clean room. So disappointed, room was so smelly, so dirty, full of dust and stains on the wall. Checked out within couple of minutes after seeing the room. Couldn’t stay even a single night.

Check in was kind of horrible. I called several times because our plane kept getting delayed, lady here said it would be fine but when I got here there was an attitude. Not in the greatest looking part of town either.

I liked that it was clean and quiet. I disliked that there was no breakfast and no swimming pool or activities

Cleanness is pretty bad

Place was dirty. Window sill leaked all night. Was told nonsmoking and i have breathing problems the entire place was full of cigarette smoke. Then we go to check out and no one was to be seen for 15min. So we just left card hoping not to get charged for a second day and bang they charged us said we didn't check out in time. I feel the purposely did that.

It’s a hard no for me. I even read the reviews and I was like well maybe I’ll take a chance…. When I got there I had to lug my luggage down steps to even get inside and then the room smelled of weed and cigarettes. The comforter looked unclean, the bottom window and seals were beyond disgusting, the walls were dirty however the sheets were super clean and crisp which was the only positive thing I can say about the room. I will never stay here again.

It said free parking but when we arrived, there is no parking slot. And when we asked to the front lady, she said 1st come 1st park. And also we can smell weeds at the lobby. The bed sheets have a stain.

Key hotel is a NO GOOD hotel. When i arrived at around 7pm, the front desk Officer told me that they will just cleaning the room so i waited. When i cam to the room, it is still dirty. Still has a cup under the bes. I always check the room since im also a Hotelier before. Also there still used face mask and under the blanket there re still hairs on it. I will never go back again

Reception was really good, she allowed us to check in early at not cost. Room was very outdated, smelled like marihuana, mold and the bed was sunk in the middle. Sheets were dirty and had a bad smell. We only stayed one night and checked out first thing the next morning. Tub was dirty and moldy, gave us two already used toilet papers. Horrible. Also you have to go down these stairs, no ramp or elevator so we had to drag our heavy luggage down those long steps. People next door to use super loud at night while having sex, very disruptive. DO NOT STAY HERE
