tried to check in early, front desk claimed to have availability but fello at desk was determined to send us away, checked in following day and the rest of staff was great. so one bad apple!

Our experience was just OK at this hotel. The beds are not very comfortable (too soft) and they squeak loud when someone move at night. The shower heads are brutal. Very low pressure. And the “breakfast” is absolutely not worth your time. Microwaved egg patties, barely cooked sausage and old deep fried hasbrowns. Skip the breakfast and buy your own. Probably would not go to this hotel again. Lots of choices in Calgary.

Iok hotel but I did not expect to pqy daily outdoor parking fee in Kelowna (not even downtown) of all places.

Very very noisy hotel, breakfast was terrible… we stayed 3 nights and we didn’t had a room service to clean the room even after reminding / asking the front desk … limited parking spots …. Overall not a worth the cost …

Very close to YLW airport and free shuttle. Includes breakfast. Rooms are spacious and new. Very clean. My only complaint is the parking. Registered vehicle and still got a parking ticket as we were loading the vehicle. It’s a thur party parking company. The guy clearly gets a commission as he wrote a ticket with us loading the car. The hotel did say they would take care of the ticket.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton hotel . rooms are spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, beds are comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel are kind and attentive.

The website says if you want daily cleaning to ask for it at checkin. When we asked at checkin they said they couldn't guarantee that they would do it as they didn't know if they would be too busy.
There is no discount for not having your room cleaned. I like to have my room cleaned up everyday and I feel it's something I'm paying for in my $200 a night room! This is part of a special treat of being on the road.

First they charge hold happened 2 times instead of one $150 they hold 2 times $150 . I was charged for $64 . I did contact them why did you charge me and they mentioned you used our dining room . After investigating they mentioned sorry this is not yours .

Of our 3 hotels on our trip this was my favourite. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. It was far from the water and more of an industrial area but still had some restaurants close which was nice.

This was a great place to stay if you are visiting UBCO. It is a 20 minute walkto campus. Easy airpirt shuttle. Good breakfast. Comfy beds.

My family has a late arrival. Prior to arrival, I had confirmed twice with the hotel that a crib would be in the room when we arrived. At check-in we were told the crib was in the room, but it was not.
The check-in process was also slow with staff who did not know what they were doing.

That facility is clean and fresh. Staff are outstanding and very accommodating.
