Staff was great although I was very surprised we had to pay 10$ to park our car in the large public lot?
Might think twice before staying again

Good hotel and nice breakfast only disappointment was the hotel would not accept our free night we had with hotels.com. We stay here every year before our trip so would have liked to put our free night to good use.

We were just here before flying to Hawaii on vacation. Hotel was perfectly situated close to airport and a great restaurant for dinner.

Great hotel and location. Spent 3 nights and family occupied 3 rooms. Very nice staff, gym and pool. One thing is they have a sliding barn door on the bathroom floor which doesn’t really close? Strange choice and the only drawback.

Very clean, comfortable beds and location is perfect.. only downfall is the TV.. no movie channels for free.. just as an add on ..:(

tried to check in early, front desk claimed to have availability but fello at desk was determined to send us away, checked in following day and the rest of staff was great. so one bad apple!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was most helpful and really enjoyed having the shuttle to the airport. I booked the hotel when I had a hotel delay and the hotel had some great space where I could work for the day as well. All the staff were most helpful and friendly!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The early bird breakfast bags is a great idea with fresh fruit also. Non-smoking hotel. Quiet time after 10 PM
But I couldn't keep the shower door closed, had to hold it shut with my foot while I was showering!

The property is good, however they tried to add a parking fee without notifying me on check in. It was noted on an insert in the key holder. I complained and they waved the fee. Having a hefty parking fee in the middle of an industrial area I feel is unwarranted and would consider a different location if I had known about it in the first place.

I think paying for parking is disappointing. My first hotel in Canada where parking wasn’t free.
There could have been free bottles of water in the hotel room fridge.
Otherwise staff were super friendly and accommodating!!

Our experience was amazing with the staff. We had a family medical emergency while staying which made our stay much longer than planned. They were great about last minute add on days and never had to move our room the whole time. We stayed in a room for 6 and it has plenty of space for us to spend extra time in comfortably. The breakfast was also great and nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel!

Shuttle bus from airport hard to find no signage or not running, pizza front desk recommended was average

Property was very nice, very new, very clean. Only downside was the front desk checkin wasn’t the friendliest or helpful. We did arrive at 21:00 so maybe it had just been a long day for the front counter staff.
