Clean, nice staff, and spacious

Always love the Hampton inn. Can’t go wrong.

Charged for a cleaning service for smoke. I don't even smoke.

I have stayed multiple times and I am never disappointed.

Good stay

The toilet was flushing very often, I called and reported it and said “I have a meeting in 10 mins, I’ll call you later when im done” they came in the middle of my meeting, left the room cause I asked him to leave. I called at 4, the maintenance guy was done. The front desk left me oh hold while looking for a solution and hang off. Next day, we went out and when we came back with an urgency to use our restroom, the keys of our room didn’t work. I mean if when we came in they have told us about the keys, it wouldn’t have been an issue but now had to go down still holding the urgency of the restroom. Breakfast needs to improve, sausage were very dry, salty like plastic.

It was very nice our only complaint were the pillows were too soft.. Everything else was a amazing

No shuttle to Airport. Breakfast eggs were very unappealing. No trays to take food to your room. Breakfast was below standard. Front desk personnel were very good. No microwave in the room.

Really impressed by the room and staff

Last night there were noisy kids on the 6th floor running in the hallway knocking on doors. I guess they thought this was funny however, made for a very unpleasant last night.

Everything about our stay was perfect and you have wonderful customer service! it's very rare to find all of that these days so keep up the good work and we will highly recommend your hotel!

It was very good. Only issue I had was that the breakfast was not ready until after 7:30 am (Sunday) and it was advertised that breakfast is available starting at 6 am. Otherwise, all was good.

There was a terrible odor on the hall way on the 6th floor where we stayed. Smelled like a sewage issue.

It was great with the exception of the elevator smelled like marijuana.

We stayed in a room where we were near music from somewhere! The music lasted till 1:00 am which was miserable, but don’t know if the hotel could do anything about it!! Would stay here again!!

The hotel itself is superb. The room was very clean, no bugs, and the bed was comfortable. If we had stayed there on a weeknight, I would probably have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, on weekends there is a club near the hotel that plays very loud music with bass that penetrates the walls until 3AM. If you are a light sleeper don't plan on sleeping until the club closes.
