Surprisingly very satisfied...enjoyed the massage in the hotel spa and price was incredibly cheap! Acorss the street is a beautiful church, the Minor Basilica of St Lorenzo Ruiz; Ongpin St boasting of souvenir shops and famous Chinese food restaurants you should not miss; and the plaza across the church was where the Chinese New Year was celebrated. Service was excellent, room and bedsheets very clean and air con comfortably cool. Hot Shower was available. Only downside is the noise from a fighting couple next door but that did not prevent me from having a good sleep. Definitely recommend this hotel room if you are looking for a budget hotel right in the center of Chinatown’s food and shopping center.

poor service, no toiletries, no free water when you check in, no internet, dirty facade with lots and lots of cockroaches, dim lights on pathways, some garbage on floors and on elevator
