We chose this hotel primarily as it said that parking was included, however this was not the case. However the lady that worked at the hotel was really nice and helped us to find a street parking. Overall, we had a really nice stay and the location was perfect and the room was clean.

Wonderful reception, helpful & efficient. We were able to leave our luggage safely at the property several hours prior to check in availability. Close to restaurants, shopping, train & buses

This was a wonderful little place in a great location. They even left water in the fridge daily. Simonetta was so very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area. The only suggestion I would have is new pillows, otherwise this place was amazing!

10 minutes walk from La Spezia railway station and 10 minutes walk to the port area this place in the centre of everything. Right on your doorstep are the pedestrian strips of restaurants and bars. The manageress very kindly allowed me to check into my room itself at 11:15am, unheard of. The place is on the third floor of a typical residential block. There is a lift! It is a brand spanking new reno by the looks. Door codes etc means you come and go at your leisure as the reception is only staffed in the morning. The room was super comfortable. Lovely bed linen, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. Shuttered windows means good sleep. No breakfast but it's outside your door! The whole experience was just easy and convenient. I think La Spezia itself is a gem that is overlooked due to its sparkling neighbour the Cinque Terre.

This property is very nice, room has a great size, with balcony, small fridge, good ac, and good bathroom. Location is very convenient, property has a small elevator, and Simonita was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended

Lots to do within walking distance. From restaurants to the marina with all the beautiful boats. We enjoyed great food and wine during our stay and took the ferry to Montarro and Monterosso for the day. Took the train back. Cinque Terre is easily reachable for day trips from this location.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants close by, and a huge farmers market right next door. Parking is street only, so, a bit of a challenge, but manageable...once you figure out that the parking ticket machines only take coins (no credit cards).

Simonetta was fantastic, and the room was clean, beautiful, and well kept. She even pointed us to a few great restos during our stay… Would definitely come back!! Mille Grazie S’ignora Simonetta!!! À la prossima!!

The room and the owner was perfect. She gave us all necessary and very detailed info from the beginning. The room was very clean and well furnished. The location is perfect. If you go by car you can find parking place close to Fidelio. Thank you very much for everything.

The lady who checked us in, Simonetta, was the kindest person. She told us where to eat and about cinque terre. She’s the best and I will stay here every time I’m in La Spezia. I would give her and the hotel 10 stars if I could.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Grocery store Carrefour is also nearby. If you are in town just for Cinque Terre, you should at least walk to the Marina. We saw three super yachts and several war ships there. The view in the area is nice too.

We stayed in a beautiful modern room with a kitchenette and 2 balconies. It was a short walk from the train station. Restaurants were nearby that we enjoyed. The balconies overlooking the streets were lovely to relax with a drink and people watch every evening. Highly recommend!

I’d give it 11/10 if possible. The location is ideal. Minutes to walk to the train station, but in the middle of all the lovely shopping and cafe’s. Our room was very updated and comfortable and very clean.
Our host was so gracious and kind and let us know all we needed.

Simonetta is a lovely host. I arrived later than the reception hours and she had clear instructions for my arrival and check in. She helped me recommend restaurants around. On my final day it was pouring rain, she was so kind to give me an umbrella to the station, saying it’s a gift!! It’s the small touches that’s makes your experiences so unique and amazing. I’m glad I chose Fidelio rooms, its location is perfect. Few mins walk to the station or the waterfront. Loved it all!

The hostess was helpful and sweet. Location was terrific - two blocks from daily market with plenty of quaint restaurants and wine bars within easy walk. 10 minute walk to train station. Just a classic boutique suite. Would stay there again if we’re ever back.

I don’t normally give feedback on my stays, but I will for an exceptional stay at a greatly price. I was most impressed with the quality of the check in procedure and the instructions were complete and unambiguous. The bonus was the lift to the 3rd Floor. With bags it was a massive plus. I would give our stay 10 out of 10.

I normally do not leave review but the manager/ owner there was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She is extremely kind and helpful. The location also excellent i highly recommended 😊
