Located in the very center and surrounded by really nice restaurants. Stunning view from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast was good but the ladies there seemed overburdened from time to time and showed a lack of kindness.

very nice and modern hotel with good service. nice rooms and the breakfast is great. the location is perfect and you can park for free nearby. the only areas for improvement are that the rooms are a bit noisy (particularly the noise from outside and the cleaning trolleys in the corridor early in the morning) and that the beds move apart during the night because they are so light. In addition, the mattresses are quite hard. Despite that, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect city stay, great value…

The hotel is awesome, however there is no parking. They advertise nearby free parking but there is never space to park. I did find a paid parking about 10 minutes away - $15/day - that solved my parking problem. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Nightly strolls and a glass of sangria - I would recommend (even with the parking issue)

This property exceeded our expectations, it is right in the center of everything. The rooms are clean and well kept, the property seems modern. Miguel at the front desk was great, as well as the other employees. I would definitely stay here when in Puerto De La Cruz again!

The hotel was a perfect stop in Puerto de la Cruz. Lots of public parking at the beach in walking distance. Great breakfast with gluten free options and alternative milks. The best thing was the terrace where you eat breakfast. Incredible view of Teide and the sea, and a pool with barely anybody around at this time of year.

We found the hotel to be a great base for our trip. Really friendly staff, all the basics done very well, very clean and modern. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice hotel with contemporary decor adjacent to / in the old part of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The tech needs some attention - pictuer on TV kept breaking up and had to be fixed a couple of times. Wi-Fi coverage could be better. Would stay again if back in Puerto de la Cruz.

This is a gem of a hotel. Minimalist but has everything you need. It’s also situated in a very convenient location with many restaurants and things to see nearby including beaches and Loro park! The breakfast has a fantastic selection and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Staff are courteous and helpful and the price is super reasonable! I highly recommend DWO Nopal!

Lovely place to stay near Plaza del Charco. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having the delicious breakfast with the great view to mountain Teide. We’ll be back!

Very good value for money. Staff all very professional and friendly. Very clean room, comfy beds, relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooftop terrasse with pool (though I did not use it). Good breakfast. Very well located. They do a very nice job. I would certainly recommend!

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel, I chose to stay again as it is in a great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is really good.

Perfect location, everything is tidy, clean and new. Breakfast is very fresh and has a small sortiment of everything you expect from a hotel breakfast. The rooftop pool and sunbed area is small but has an amazing view of Teide and the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only small minus is that you can hear some noise from people on the streets at night time. But the good location makes up for that in my opinion 😊

Overall a pleasant experience, no parking close by unfortunately so it's at least a 10minute walk with cases to a car park that is not secure. The rooftop pool is nice but there is no bar service, it would add a lot of there was.

Lovely modern hotel in a really good central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The terrace had great views and it was a lovely way to start the day, enjoying a delicious breakfast overlooking the volcano. I travel to Tenerife a few times a year when I can so I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation indeed only a few bedrooms had been completed when we stayed. The quality of the furnishings, bedding and towels are top quality. I am surprised that it is shown as 3*. It deserves higher. I can only presume it will be upgraded when the renovations are complete. The staff from the manager down are excellent. Very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is superb. Well worth having. The location is fantastic. In a pedestrian area within sight of the sea. About 10 minutes walk away from the massive hotels that dominate the resort. We will definitely return. The price was really cheap. I am sure when fully open that this will rise. Definitely worth more.
