Although driving in Zagreb was a bit scary to navigate, the hotel clerk helped us to find an inexpensive parking spot the was difficult to get into but very handy to the hotel entrance. That was a huge bonus.

Loved our stay here. We booked a suite with a queen bed and the room and living room were beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Bathroom was new and the shower was strong and hot. We loved the bed and bedding wished we had stayed here earlier in our trip.

It was a convenient walk to the things we wanted to see. Good shoppingand restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay! The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful with great recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located and I was able to walk everywhere except to the airport!

Cute little hotel, friendly staff close to centre. Parking was a little challenging to find but not impossible .

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The staff was responsive and hotel was close to the city center and main attractions. The rooms were clean and cozy and they offered complimentary drinks. I thought it was a great value and would recommend a stay.

Nice little hotel with a garden and free parking. Breakfast was good too. Quiet area and easy to access the city of Dresden and other touristic places around. The family room was with stairs, so not reallt suitable for small kids.

Location is excellent… quite & not to far to walk to city centre. It’s an apartment hotel kitchen no utensils etc … lounge … the bedroom is small … the unit is very very dark & over looks a dingy back building. The elevator can only fit u & a suitcase.

Nice simple place. Parking is a little far from the premise and finding the registration is a bit convoluted, being located on a bus/taxi only street , at least coming from the south.

Very friendly front of house staff. Closer to main center but far enough to give you some peace and quiet. A great place to stay.

My stay at the Manda Heritage was great! It was in a central area though it was a little tricky to find. Service was great. They had complimentary water, sparkling water and juice which was a nice touch. The area has lots of restaurants and is a few blocks from a currency exchange place which is convenient. King bed came with two separate smaller blankets which was a little odd. Also, they only have a tiny elevator which can barely fit one person with their luggage so you will need multiple trips if traveling with several people or you'll need to walk your luggage up the stairs.

The level of service and rooms at the Manda Heritage Hotel are top-notch. It is on par with a small boutique hotel with the individualized attention to guests as well as the facility. My room ans well ans the public spaces were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated in a manner that melded the old world charm with the contemporary Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful, and wanted to ensure that my experience was the best possible. I do not expect impeccable English in a non-English-speaking country, and yet the staff spoke flawless English. On the return leg of my journey, there was no doubt I would stay at the Manda again. They gave me a good rate as a return customer, and to my surprise, upgraded my room.

It has a lift for baggage and is well located. Breakfast is available for a fee but free tea and coffee anytime. Well equipped room and comfortable bed. Close to everything but nice and quiet.

Amazing location and within walking distance of major sights. Superior room was large and comfortable. Not noisy given location. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast included was delivered to room. Simple and tasty. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Excellent location, lovely staff, and large well appointed rooms. The only thing to be aware of is if you get the breakfast option, breakfast is a set menu (there are 3 options to choose from) and is served in your room. Breakfast was good, just different. Highly recommend this hotel.
