The airport shuttle they advertise on the website is only for transportation from the hotel to the airport, and that depends on shuttle availability. The breakfast that is included is only a continental breakfast, the buffet breakfast is pretty pricey. Walk about 100 yards to the IHOP, you'll save a few bucks and get better choices. My first day there I had a bath towel with a big hole in it, that towel should not be in service at a hotel. There is some kind of bar across the street that has loud music. That can be pretty annoying if you're trying to get some sleep and you're a light sleeper. On a positive note, it was pretty clean. A lot of places to eat near by.

The property location wise was great for what we needed. Otherwise it lacked service. The bathroom shower would flood until I took the cap off, they didn’t have any hot water or microwave for guest to use after “kitchen hours”, their continental breakfast doesn’t even include eggs. It just lacked a lot of standard items in my opinion. Clean and it’s fine but for the price it lacked service.

It is a very good place to stay for a business traveler, but not great for tourists. It is not a luxury hotel.

No amenities in the room.
The worth is breakfast, only bread and fruit are served, anything else must be ordered extra when you have paid already to have breakfast included. It's really not normal.

We have stayed at this hotel three times now and I can say without hesitation that it has been simply the best...of everything. Best greeting as soon as we entered the hotel, best service checking in, best from all the staff and especially the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. We have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and have recommended it to our friends from Canada and Mexico. We will be using this as our first stop into Mexico on our way to our winter home. Kudos to all for exemplary service.

Beautiful hotel.
Car parking is Valet only (Free) or park at a public parking lot and pay.
As a family of 4 older kids, so not recommend as the shower and restroom have no privacy, both doors are glass and visible within room there is no door to close the restroom.

I really enjoyed the hotel but the rooms have an open concept and not great with children or families as the only the Toilet area has a door but not to the top. Great for business or Couples but not Family. Great Staff and location!

Driving in from Guadalajara, the location was easily accessible. Great locations in the same parking of a shopping mall woth plenty of dining options within walking distance.
The hotel is well maintained. Staff wass very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean and modern.
My only complaint is the morning continental breakfast. Cold coffe, rotten fruit and stale bread was served.

The hotel is brand new. Great location next to a nice shopping mall. Rooms have excellent blackouts for a restful sleep. Definitely a good option for the price when traveling solo.
If you're traveling with someone, please know the bathroom has no privacy.
