Was there for only one night. But it was very convenient to get downtown with Lyft.. $15 is all it was. The place was clean and quiet. Perfect

Everything you could need for a long stay - a kitchenette in suite, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar - plus conveniently located to all Cleveland attractions.

The room was nice. The only issue I had was my toilet didn’t flush, and there was still like hair on the shower walls.

The 1-bedroom suites are the size of a condo. It was quiet, had free washer and dryer available, a stove top. The area has many good restaurants. Attached to the Holiday Inn. So, you get use of their nice workout room and pool. This is excellent for long stays.

Upon check-in, was given a room that was already open. The door would not shut. I explained this to the front desk, he told me initially it was fine and he would show me how to lock it. After several attempts, he was able to slam it locked. Could not be repeated and said maintenance guy at fault. We were then given a new room. Wall also vibarated for some reason.

Excellent stay. We had a very enjoyable time and only spent 10 hours at the place, but somehow the security deposit was never credited to my credit card, doubling the cost of my stay. I don’t understand how I was billed for this.

There was not one bath towel in our bathroom. Other than that, it was very nice and comfortable.

Place was clean and nice . The only downside was the staff ! Lack of training and knowledge of the system! Prepaid by Hotels. Com and had to wait over 30 minutes at the desk even though they had a confirmation number. Also could not get my hotel points. Disappointed said couldn’t look up my account. Told me to call the company. Training needed.

We booked our stay for 4 days. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days! No communication was given by the staff in regards to this matter.

It was some few minor things that we originally had a problem with but the staff made sure everything was corrected. Staff was really nice and friendly

Nice hotel connected to Holiday Inn. Everything was great except parking was inconvenient. Staff might advise on best place to park to re-enter after check in.

The condition is fine, I believe that the place is understaff, some customers service skills are not met, bags garbage in the hallway made me literally sick, they should have had an outsede larger garbage can near their laundry room. I never got my room refreshed with my request even if I stayed a week, the rooms are tiny conpared for other suites I've being ,i would said it would needs improvement, specially in Managemet, i would not recommend this place for mor that a day or two

The pool was unusually large and immaculate. I really appreciated the entire facility, but I really loved the pool

The floors (bed, kitchen and bath areas) were all dirty. The bathroom was stained and had dog prints on the floor. Kitchen area had food swept under the counters. Although there were 2 cups, bowls and plates, there was only one fork, knife and spoon. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The downstairs hallways were also littered with food.

We stayed in here for the weekend and the suite was very clean. The staff had excellent customer service and very pleasant! I would recommend Candlewood Suites to everyone. Thanks for the great experience!

Room was clean, but the maid kind of refused to change our sheets. I asked nicely but she acted like she didnt understand me. Special shout out to Sherman. He was great and such a good hostes. He helped.me with many issues.

Ask for items they were not supplied. Help had bad attitude and hung up phone on me. We were going to be their 5 nights. We left after one night

Went to Independence, Ohio for a family funeral and wanted a convenient place to stay with kitchen facilities. Candlewood Suites satisfied all of our requirements, plus the staff was helpful and friendly -- could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The only thing wrong with our stay was some empty pop bottles beside bed back by the wall that were not ours.
