I liked that there was a gym on site. I think breakfast starts too early..

I like the location to nearby Costco, Burlington… very nice. Room was neat and comfy. I loved the Service. What I dislike is I had to pay $10 for parking. That sucks. That’s why i’m giving 4stars instead of 5.

Not far from nice downtown with dining, shopping and places to walk. Good price for room.

Very clean and pleasant hotel

The man who checked me in was very rude about me needing to use a debit card for the $100 incidental fee. He said “too many charge backs” referring to debit cards. Two days prior to this I had fraud on my Amex and capitol one credit cards. I had to explain this to him and also mentioned that it doesn’t say on the website anywhere that a visa or Mastercard debit card isn’t accepted. That’s all I had. I legit had a back and forth with this man for 5 mins about it. I thought he wasn’t going to allow me to check in even though I’d already pre paid for my stay. I travel weekly to Santa Rosa but highly doubt I’d come here again or recommend based off of the exchange I had upon check in. I would not recommend staying here.

Very noisy from the freeway.

The breakfast is okay but it is lacking in some amenities. Other than that, the stay here is always good. Parking is a little tight. You don't really hear the freeway even though it is very close.

This hotel had great staff but our room faced the freeway and it was so loud. Also felt like the bathroom wasn’t that great and the towels were horrible. Bar and bar staff were amazing!

Our balcony overlooked the freeway and it was so peaceful to watch at night. Beautiful rooms and very close to a grocery store.

Excellent service and cleanliness

I didn’t like the fact that I could constantly hear the people in next room. They ween’t being unusually loud, but their television their conversation is clearly heard inside our room. They need to find a way to sound proof the place. Because of that I would not go back.

Garbage! No premium channels like Hampton inn and some had there damn dog running up and down the Hall way barking at 11:00 pm. Will never use La Quinta again.

Not bad

We brought a dog. There didn't used to be a pet fee but this time it was $25 for one night. I also did not expect to pay for parking due to its location, but it was $10 per day. But for a hotel which says it is pet friendly there was no place to walk him - no grass anywhere. A little pet area would have been nice.

My wife and I traveled to Santa Rosa and stayed at this hotel. It was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was very quiet in the area even though we were near the freeway. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, main dish plus waffles, assorted toast, fruit, yogurt, drinks, etc. will definitely stay there again.
