The Mobile check in is such a great feature. We were able to go straight to our room. The room was compact, but had everything we needed. It was clean and extremely comfortable. Located near lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing!

Property is nice. Rooms are sleek and the staff were very nice. Only complaint is they have eliminated coffee in the rooms. I think they should rethink that decision. It requires a trip to the lobby first thing in the morning.

Hotel was advertised as tub/shower combo but they have very few rooms with a tub which is essential for me for pain management. The rooms are way too basic for the cost: you have to squeeze bottles to get soap, shampoo out, go to lobby to use a microwave, and mattresses were soooo hard I barely slept. The bed spread had a weird texture and was very itchy. There were visibly loose at the base of the shower. They have tiny garbage cans with dividers for recycling, the money would be better spent elsewhere. If I could have, I would have definitely booked elsewhere and will avoid Tru brand at all costs.

It was very clean and well kept. But there were many negatives: no shuttle to airport, no restaurant, not a couch or comfy chair in the rooms. These accommodations are probably fine for college students or young adults, but not for older people who are looking for more comfort.

The front desk girls were very nice and very attentive to me. They took care of me and made me feel like I was at home.

I didn’t like no room service. I was there five days and no room service. I didn’t like it was too modern for me. No microwave in room. I did enjoy the breakfast. I did enjoy Customer Service. I don’t like the fact that you did not have any closets not enough hangers for, my Luggage no bureau to put my clothes in

The room was small,couldn’t hardly get on the one side to pull the covers up! No closet or drawer space not to my liking . If you sat in chair at the desk you had to contend with the air blowing on you, because the size and layout of room you couldn’t move chair elsewhere. No where close to the shower to hang towel when getting out of shower! Coffee too strong. Pillows were terrible. Staff was friendly! For a new hotel did not expect to see dirt in the corners. Only one elevator was working. Will not be staying at this line of hotels again!

I would probably rate it a 9/10. Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was actually very good. They have an automated pancake maker that you wave your hand in front of which was pretty cool. My only complaint would be the first girl that we dealt with up front wasn’t the most friendly. Check in was supposed to be at 3 and we couldn’t get our room until a little after 4.
