Great hotel, great staff, not super fancy but it had everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean and nice hotel about a mile from the hospital. The little gym was nice. The coffee was always flowing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was affordable and right across the street. We even had a great view from the room. We will stay there again if we need a place up there.

We were there for a medical procedure. It is close to Johns Hopkins which was great. The front desk staff was welcoming. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was very good. Small refrigerator in the room. I wish the room had a small microwave and coffee maker in the room. To reheat food. However there is coffee downstairs. Not sure about a microwave. Ice machine is only on first and forth floors. It was our second time staying there. I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times because it’s always been great. But this time it wasn’t. The room stunk of cigarette smoke that was coming through the vent. We were on the 8th floor too. We left a pizza box on the table and the next day found it was covered in ants. I was truly taken aback because of how nice it was in the past. I am considering staying elsewhere in the future which is disappointing because I really liked this location..

Only stayed one night after game. Short drive from Camden Yards, super nice staff, quiet, clean and up to date hotel. Parking right across street. Will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful nights stay here. We were in town for an operation the next day. The room was close to John Hopkins, comfortable, and the staff were great. I would stay here if I visited Baltimore again.

Our stay at Tru by Hilton was exceptional even with a minor hiccup. The staff was courteous, friendly and very attentive, especially when an issue was brought up.

The breakfast was good with lots of options including pancakes with toppings. Staff was friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for price and walking distance to the harbor, however it is located in Little Italy where crime rate is high. I would not walk around at night.

This was exactly what I had hoped for a half day stay. I just needed a quick place to rest before a late bus ride out of Baltimore. Marquitta was very welcoming and informative! When I got to my room, it smelled good, was shockingly clean and very comfortable. The TV was up to date and easy to use. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed including wonderful smelling line of lemon soaps and shampoo. The view wasn’t really anything, nor did expect it to be. Excellent for the price— I’d definitely stay here again.

Have 24-7 free coffee n hot cocoa/ tea bar. Soaps had very strong citrus scents. Wii fi connection warned us possible charges even if you are guests staying in the hotel.

The price and convenience of the location and the fact that it was quiet. Walking distance to several cool coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Teavolve for coffee or tea. it's about half a mile walk to the National Aquarium and a 1.4 mile walk to Camden yards with a LOT of restaurants and bars of all types along the way. The harbor is awesome. The Coast Guard shipped docked there. Phillips Seafood restaurant Hard Rock Cafe and Docks Restaurant all near the aquarium and 2 of them with floating dock outdoor bars. Picante Taco is a tiny hole in the wall mexican place with great tacos.

The folks working at the hotel were always super nice and accommodating. Hotel itself is pretty new very very clean and has ice machines on every floor. You don’t appreciate that till you need one! The hotel was in a nice area with paid parking across the street. Parking was discounted on the weekends to five dollars, which was also very nice. Generally a lot of restaurants and bars and things to do within walking distance. We however did not walk as our own preference. There is also a really cool bar/simulator golf next-door whose prices drop after 9 PM is a good way to spend the evening.
