Had an amazing time at Amazon! Perfect location (10 min drive from the old town and lots more around), great breakfast choice, modern rooms and amazing private pool. Spa and gym also great too. Also quiet and peaceful at night. Staff were very attentive and made our stay special for my 30th birthday. Think there’s a hotel bus which is an added extra if you don’t have a car. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were friendly, efficient and made great recommendations of restaurants amd activities. The service was impeccable. They were also easily accessible via whatsapp. Our room was cleaned daily and breakfast was indeed delicious with multiple options.

Property and private pool was amazing ! All Staff was accommodating -Christina was exceptional! If u want to away from downtown area is perfect !

The property and service is excellent. The only thing i can criticize is, the acustic design of the dining room is not very ideal which stands out especially during breakfast, when there are many people. Breakfast should be eaten in a calm environment, especially in such a hotel.

Beautiful property amazing sunset!

The hotel is very nice and our room had nice views. We really liked the breakfast and the friendly staff in the morning and also that we received complimentary airport transfer. Although, there were some things I would like to have known before reserving this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have a beach, not even nearby. The closest one is 10-15 min away, but not very clean. To go to Mykonos city you need a 10 min taxi ride, which costs 36€ per way during the season. Also, the pool in the room is not heated and not really suitable for swimming. You should know that Mykonos in general is very windy and also the sea water doesn’t get warm in summer. Besides that, if you get the room 616, it can get loud in the morning as the staff is gathering there. When we asked them kindly to keep it low, they didn’t seem to understand English. Overall it was ok, but too expensive for what we’ve been offered. Like everything in Mykonos.

Great property. Know this is a windy place. Almost made the balcony pool unusable. Restaurant is FANTASTIC. Get anything. Breakfast is a feast.

They gave my room to a different family and we ended up staying in 2 different room instead of one suit room. Which was disappointing. We booked 1 month in advance and paid in full to get a particular room for my family. The entire stay they didn’t gave us the room we booked , instead we had a room with no view. Not acceptable

The hotel is lovely just the island has little to speak for and location is remote. Hate the fact that one needa a car. It is not walkable and beaches are tiny with gravels not sands.

Beautiful hotel that seems to be brand new even if it is already 5 years old. The staff are very friendly and they provided, as Hotels.com customers, with an up-grade in service by giving us a 20% one time discount in the restaurant and a free spa service.

Lovely location but the in room offering is really basic no vanity kits or anything other than shower gel and shampoo of which they are not very generous with.

These accommodations were amazing! Christina took very good care of us, was informative on restaurants and activities. She was wonderful! The hotel was very clean and so beautiful and of course the views were astonishing. At the pool side, Spiros was a blast! He knows how to show guests a great time. I give this hotel a 10/10!!

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and stayed at this resort for 5 days for our stay in Greece. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing sea side view in a beautiful room. The breakfast was delicious and definitely one of our favorite things about our stay! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Mykonos

We are so glad we picked Amazon. What a great hotel, great staff! The place is amazing, contemporary and very well decorated. We loved our infinity pool with ocean view. The manager Danai is a sweetheart. I had a problem with my white jacket and she sent to a special place to be washed. They took amazing care of us. Thank you so much and we hope to be back next year.

They were amazing, breakfast every morning was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a nice property. I did not like the check-in process. After a long flight you just want to get to your room and rest. I feel them taking you in as a group and taking up 20 minutes of your time is inconsiderate.
