Easy access to Cadence Amphitheatre. Easy unloading and easy self parking

I love how clean the hotel was. The room and bathroom were very nice.

Very nice hotel

The room was nice, the staff was very nice and everything was clean. However i will say for the price breakfast was a bit of a disappointment with very little options, and plates and bowls not being put out after they were gone. I also feel like for the price I should not be asked to pay for parking. Especially at $25 a night.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with the only exception being the parking arrangement. If the management could improve the parking situation, making it more convenient and easier to access, I would have given an excellent rating. As it stands, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but the parking issue prevented me from giving a perfect score

The hotel was great! The area was great. There was one elevator working and it caused a bit of back up but other than that, the experience was great. The area is great and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Very rude front desk checkin staff

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but I was disappointed with my experience with the breakfast. I tried to order an egg dish at 9:25 and was told I couldn’t get it because 5 people were ahead of me and she closed at 9:30. I then tried to get cereal muffin or juice but the staff was putting everything away. I should have come down earlier but wasn’t informed of the schedule

Remotes didn't work and bedding seemed rundown

Everything was good except for parking. It wasn’t bad it was just a little walk distance from the hotel to the garage

The property itself has pros and cons, so I can say it was not bad overall. But unfortunately, I had multiple unpleasant experiences with this hotel. I will find another hotel in Atlanta next time.

This was a solo trip to see Chris brown at the State Farm arena but I stayed for 4 nights to explore. Hotel it not to far from all the main attractions. I loved everything about the hotel room. It felt like home and I felt extremely safe! Everything is exactly like the photos. As a black woman I wanted somewhere quiet and clean & safe & this was it! The staff were very sweet & helpful from booking to check out. I honestly have no complaints. Plus breakfast is served every morning. If you’re thinking of staying here I would highly suggest it! It’s everything you need. Ohhh & the beds are literally like heaven!!! So comfy !! Check out the bar too!

Friendly staff. Love the area

This hotel has all the features and convenience that I've come to expect from a Marriott. The facility was updated and has clean finishes. I loved the location and the ease of checking in and out. I appreciated the complementary breakfast and the parking on site. The staff seems overwhelmed. They lack sufficient resources to provide the best service. On more that one occasion, myself and several other guests had to wait over 10 minutes to obtain help from reception without being acknowledged. We had a room for 5 guests, which would of course use the sofa bed, but it was not prepped for us. I requested assistance to set it up, and was told that they would provide sheets but would not set it up for us. I can only imagine that the staff was too busy to provide full service. Breakfast was good; however, the coffee machine kept failing, the hot water kept running out, and the boiled eggs were frozen. Even so, we enjoyed the meal and appreciate everyone's effort.

Great stay

My room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had some kitchen amenities. Some of the pots, and utensils were dirty/used and put away without being cleaned. The elevator floors were sticky most of the time, and the walls inside were constantly dirty. People cooked and ordered food often. Large refuse cans on each floor would have been helpful. Most people left food trash on the floor in the halls. It was not always picked up quickly.

Excellent hotel!!! Our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Close to Truist Park and easy access to everything. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Our stay was very good! We rested well and enjoyed all of the things we came to see which were close to this location. The Element location in Buckhead, Georgia had a very nice staff. One in particular was R.J. He was friendly and very helpful during our 2 night stay. We would recommend and stay again.

Really nice

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Element Atlanta. The hotel was clean, the neighbourhood was clean and quiet. The breakfast was tasty too (lots of options available). The hotel was near the mall (Lenox Mall) which is really nice (the mall is pretty big and has a lot of stores).

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room felt brand new and super clean / fresh. Beds were comfortable. We had an excellent night sleep.

The staff was exceptional and the rooms were spacious and clean. The parking was $25, but it was conveniently close. Restaurants on property was nice. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Be prepared to pay for parking

Property was up to date, however bed bugs got a hold of me and bit me up. Had to change rooms. Next room was great. Parking a joke $25 and it’s across the street and down the hill.

Room was nice to look at but that’s the end of the compliment. Parking was awful. Garage across the street is the only parking option. The garage charges a maximum of twelve dollars for a full day, less for shorter uses. But the hotel charges you $25 for the privilege of using the garage, citing the ability to come and go as a reason for the upcharge. And you can’t opt out of paying the hotel’s come and go privilege upcharge. We were passing through, just coming in once at night and leaving once in the morning but had to pay the extra $25 to park in the garage that would have charged us probably $9. Thanks hotel! Never staying here again. Also didn’t have any extra pillows for our fifth sleeper in a room that sleeps six. And just three towels for our family of five. They were out of coffee when we left in the morning. And the stupid TV in the room wouldn’t turn off so I just unplugged it. When we got to the room, the TV had a personalized welcome message with my name on it. If you can personalize a message to me, can’t you personalize my room experience by putting enough pillows and towels in the room for the number of people booked on my reservation? Just a terrible experience.
