Loved the high ceilings made the room look bigger. Was not to impressed with the water pressure in the shower but it was manageable and did the job. Room and building was very clean and well kept.

This hotel truly felt luxurious. Very small, so few people coming and going. I loved the earplugs on the nightstands, the water/ice machine in the little lobby, the many options for coffee pods, and the electric blackout shades. Very clean!! I didn't love the bed-- it was too soft for me. I also didn't love that our room was on the ground floor, with our door IN the lobby. Anytime someone entered or exited the building, it was steps from our door. Thankfully the sound barrier was pretty good, but next time I would hope for a room up the elevator. Overall, if you like a soft bed, this place is FANTASTIC. Personally, I'll look elsewhere just because of the bed, but I'll be sad I'm not at 121 Hotel!

Rooms were large and clean. Main bed was large and very comfortable. The couch pull out not so much. Water and ice with ease. Very nice overall. A few more parking spots would be amazing, although parking in Nashville is bad overall. A fitness center would also help for extended stays

European style. Hotel is tucked away and unattended. Fortunately email and text communication was excellent and checkin information with door codes worked perfectly. Parking is limited, but available. A luggage cart was waiting by the door and very helpful. Room was large, modern, with an awesome upgraded bathroom/shower with double shower heads. Very relaxing. All amenities were perfect for our short stay. Uber to the Nissan Stadium was between $10 - $15 depending on the time of day. Coming back ~1:00am was $50 . . . but after the CMA concert, so was worth it. Felt safe and would definitely do it again.

This place was a disaster. I couldn't adjust the thermostat, which was set at 66 degrees so I froze. Place stunk of smoke. Not enough parking so you were left trying to find parking on the street. No bathmat. Pictures showed water in your room. No water. I thought this was a regular hotel. It's NOT.

Had a confirmation with Expedia, but hotel knew nothing about it. Was on phone with Expedia for over an hour. Never could get into the hotel. Had to make another reservation at another hotel. Would not recommend.

Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and at a very good location. We were there for the Parthenon, so only a 2-minute walk. Timothy was very kind & helpful when I reached out to customer service. I will definitely stay here again the next time i visit Nashville!

Property was great however, they lost my booking from Hotels.com which is not convenient with the no staff on site format. Took two calls and long wait time with customer service to resolve. After resolved, was not sent all codes needed to access room. Experience was irritating after a long day of travel.

Overall, a nice room, I liked the keyless entry and not having to check in at a front desk, however, we did have some issues during our stay.
Air conditioner broke mid-trip, we woke up to the room being 80+ degrees and they were unable to fix it. They did offer fans and a dehumidifier to help with the situation.
Was not provided enough sheets or a blanket for the pull out couch, let the local team and AvantStay know, and eventually had to buy our own

There were many sets of earplugs and I understood why by the second night. The codes to get into every room were very loud and constantly going on and off as guests fumble with the door codes. The door codes were super convenient though but loud.

The staff are brilliant, there is albeit no outlook our room had, the walls are paper thin, every night we got disturbed when people came in through the front door
The parking outside has just 7 spots when that gets full, off street parking is your option and there are some good ones but not on premises

The stay was excellent. The only issue we had was trying to get in the first time. We never received an email for us to sign the agreement which would give us the code to get in. After talking to the right person, he was helpful and we got things squared away.

Loved the location to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Nice to end the day in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to Broadway and great restaurants.

I was told I would receive an email with the information on how to get into the property and my room. I had to call to remind them to send me the codes to get into the property. There was something wrong with the router. Alexa was not connecting.
The location was great . The room was beautiful. It was just different to not have a front desk.

The room was terrific and close enough to downtown without all the congestion. The communication was superb. There were a few guests who stayed out until the sun came up & elected to make a lot of noise. But other than that - we would stay at 121 again.

We loved this hotel. It was quiet, clean, peaceful, easy to navigate, and just a short Lyft ride from anywhere we wanted to go! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

The 121 Hotel in Nashville was amazing. Room was beautiful, and the bed was beyond comfy! Two mile walk to downtown was easy, and there's lots to see along the way. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of options to eat at as well. Just overall a great place to stay in Nashville, and the price couldn't be beat!
