Clean and modern

Everything about my staycation was good. The room was very spacious and open. I really liked the room had a fridge AND microwave (definitely a plus). Breakfast had a nice variety of things to eat. Overall, I’d give it a 8/10.

TV did not work upon arrival. The hotel fixed this. During the night, the A/C stopped working properly. And it was HOT in the room. I was too aggravated to say anything.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous in cleanliness, professional staff and location to my venue. As soon as I arrived, the female staff was on the phone but IMMEDIATELY took the time to welcome me and made me feel welcome. She was courteous, pleasant and smiled the entire time exuding warmth. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. My rom was clean and I LOVE how the television allows you to access your apps on your phone such as YouTube, Amazon and other apps. It made for a better night of entertainment when I returned to my room. It is also very close to the VFW where my event was as well as near numerous restaurants so it was plus. And on top of that, the ice machine was working. The last two hotels I stayed in for business their ice machines were NOT working. I also noticed security walking around in the parking lot when I returned at 10:00 PM which made me feel better.

I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. Great hotel with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast options. We stayed on a Friday night and the it was completely quiet and overall very pleasant experience.

My recent stay in Houston exceeded my expectations. The hotel, newly renovated, was both clean and inviting. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to return on my future trips to Houston.

Our stay went great! It was very clean, spacious and the man and woman at the front desk were so friendly and patient! We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in town!

My stay was so wonderful me and my sister cannot wait to come back and spend another couple of days at your hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The hospitality was so great. The ladies at the front desk were so wonderful and nice to us.

The front desk attended Mrs. Jasmine was very friendly. The breakfast was GREAT!!!!! The room was clean just overall everything went well so if you are ever in the area stop by and book a stay. Keep up the great work staff.

Great place to sleep and use bathroom. Had the luck of seeing a driving crooner in the parking lot. That is just too good not to make money on!

The lock on my room door was messed up. Someone used a Coke can to prop open the door leading out to the parking lot, which is normally kept locked and you have to use your room key to open it. Early this morning they rented the meeting room immediately to the right of my room to a group that decided playing loud music on a Sunday morning for hours on end was appropriate.
