What a fabulous hotel. Upgraded to a lovely executive room, bed so comfortable, great amenities. I cannot say how helpful and friendly everyone was.

The location was great, walking distance to so many sights. The rooms were small, no place for luggage, too cramped.

Well located boutique townhouse hotel in Mayfair. 5 mins walk to station and Green Park. Service was great and bar and restaurant areas are well decorated. Bedrooms are compact but well appointed. Would recommend for. Couples getaway in the heart of London - lots of great bars and restaurants close by too

Excellent staff. Concierge, Doorman, Desk people were very helpful with taxis, restaurant reservations and information about the surrounding sites. The hotel is in excellent condition befitting its 5 star status. Housekeeping was incredible. My wife became ill in the middle of the night with vomiting after eating at a restaurant earlier before the theater. I cleaned up as best that I could with all of the towels and then called for new towels. Two women came immediately and replaced all of the bedding and towels and cleaned the floor in about 15 minutes. Unbelievable service. They probably deserved more than the 20 pound tip that I gave them. Location is great for walking to the theater district near Piccadilly Circus in 15-20 minutes. London “tube” entrance 1 block away. Piccadilly Bus Line 1 block. Walked to Buckingham Palace across Green Park in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel with such excellent staff.

Typical Europe size room but huge King bed which was very comfortable. Great central location steps to park, underground, restaurants and pubs.

Excellent property. Small but well appointed room with luxurious bedding and bathroom. Also, complimentary coffee and snacks in room were a Nice touch. Location was central to great shopping and restaurants.

Stayed here the night before my wedding and the pre-check in service was excellent. I was upgraded on arrival and the reception staff and porter were very welcoming. The room was fantastic with all the amenities you’d expect. A spacious bathroom with excellent products. The bar service was not good. The initial order taking was overfamiliar and unprofessional, and then the barman a) Didn’t know our order was in and b) was left alone and took an age to make a negroni and old fashioned, which seemed more to be about not knowing the ingredients than the process taking some time. The breakfast service was slow as well and food was average. I would stay again for the room but there seems to be a disparity between front of house staff and waiting staff.

This was a perfect location and easy to get to from the airport! The room was a bit small and I don’t think needed the chair and table they only took up room around the bed but overall it was nice and clean and the bathroom was very large and shower was lovely. I have VIP status at Hotels.com and I will say 20 percent off of food and drinks is basically nothing. I don’t even think mine was added actually and it would have been about 4 pounds off the bill so I didn’t feel like it was worth calling back (would have cost more in international phone charges) I would have enjoyed more a free drink or room upgrade

I have stayed here several times and genuinely love this hotel. Staff are exceptional, location is excellent and easily accessible, and the restaurant is very good. Highly recommend. Depending on room selection, rooms can be on the smaller side (to be expected) but very nicely appointed. Very good value overall. Easy walk through Mayfair and Marleybone, great shopping, restaurants and neighborhoods.

The staff here are amazing and beyond helpful! The location is perfect & convenient as you are right off Piccadilly and only a 5-10 min walk to Hyde Park and the tube station. Very quiet street and the rooms are extremely clean.

Incredible hotel, staff, accommodations, & strategically placed within 1-2 miles of all the sights to see & the parks right near for leisure walks! We loved it ALL! Restaurant downstairs & cocktail lounge where you can drink & dine on main floor. Delightful! Will stay there again.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Mayfair. We stayed two nights at the beginning of our London trip, and it was extremely convenient to get everywhere quickly. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Pretty nice, but beware the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything out in the hallway. I even had a travel white noise machine but was still woken up due to noises in the hallway. I missed the breakfast so can’t speak for quality on that, but facilities seems nice. Staff pretty nice although they forgot to call me when my room was ready which was promised. Room service very expensive.

Have stayed here multiple times. Great hotel with amazing central location. Impeccable facility. FYI Cabin rooms vary in size and can be really tiny without much space to walk around. Good for 1 person who isn’t spending a lot of time in the room.

The hotel is beautiful and charming and very well located in the best location of Mayfair. The staff is impeccable, the breakfast magnificent. Close to everything but far away from relaxing stay. I highly recommend The bed was plush and super comfortable.

Incredible gem in London's best neighborhood that doesn't break the bank. The Green Park station across the street ensures that you have convenient access to basically anywhere in zone 1 within like 30 min. Getting to locations like Buckingham, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Soho, etc is only a 10-20 min walk. Very nice layout and the lobby/bar design lends itself very well to socialization (unlike most Hotels that are very impersonal). Their description of it being a "home away from home" during your stay is accurate. The deluxe room, while small, is more than sufficient for 2 people. Wonderfully comfortable and refreshing bed and bathroom. It's all beautifully finished with obvious attention paid to detail and we really admired their little personal touches like the handwritten welcome note.

Loved our stay at the Mayfair Townhouse! Can’t wait to return soon.

Staff at reception were not welcoming nor helpful to get a check in at an earlier time when I kept checking several times they were able to give us our room . But never a call from them to say it was ready . no compassion!!!

Amazing location. Great bar. Door staff impecable. Standard Room had all amenities but was a little bit of a squeeze and air-co unfortunately twice developed a fault in our 6 night stay (bad luck) but other than that very hard to fault. Bed very comfy and room reasonably well sound proofed. Would stay again.

I loved this stay! I was traveling solo and felt safe, comfortable and cared for. There was always staff available at the front to open the doors or answer any questions. I had breakfast downstairs twice and enjoyed it thoroughly. My room was the perfect size, and the complimentary mini bar was a fantastic touch!

Such a sweet hotel, staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

When you arrive at the entrance it looks opulent, and so begins a decadent experience. The hotel is elegantly furnished throughout with a whimsical twist on their art work. Highly amusing if you have even a passing understanding of the classics but with clever modernising 'tweaks'. The staff are a real asset to them. Sometimes in opulent hotels there is an air of faux entitlement, but here we get the sense the hotel deliberately employs characters, and we felt they genuinely enjoyed their jobs which added to our experience. One downside that was turned around, was the bar ran out of any beers the night before but the following afternoon this had not been rectified. We spoke to the Manager who instantly sent someone out to buy our preferred choices of beers, impressed. The classic rooms are snug but goodness me the bed and bedding is beyond comfortable! The satellite signal was a bit hit and miss depending on the channel, and (I kid you not) depends if the bathroom door was being shut during your viewing ... bit random! I took a video just in case it continued but bizarrely the BBC channels were fine. The breakfast is top notch with a specific buffet and a great choice of a la carte options. The atmosphere is relaxed and once again the staff are engaging and attentive. The location is ideal for exploring central London whether by taxi or on foot. We would definitely stay here again,
