My room was a stylish and unique loft that was relatively small but designed well to not be cramped. Checking in and out was easy, and the social/dining area of the hotel was welcoming with plenty of available, friendly and helpful staff.

My fourth stay in this unusual hotel. This service is simply amazing. I love the tiny room type apartments and some of the unusual things. Very healthy and high-quality food. There is a nice rooftop bar for smoking and a panoramic view over the city.

Really comfortable room and bed. Fantastic amenities and personable, helpful staff. Restaurant food was delicious and at a good pricepoint. Would highly recommend and also will definitely stay again.

The ethos of the hotel is excellent- the room and facilities great - but a real asset - in addition to the planning and preparation - was the attention to detail of the staff. All the staff were really helpful- Weronika stood out as being thoughtful and helped with dining suggestions/ logistics as well as helping with tourist suggestions .

Clean, close to underground station, good experience

Very nice place. Would definitely stay again. Perfect if you are going to Vienna for a convention. Next to the convention center and Prater park. Still not far at all from downtown. Nice 40 min walk or 10 min drive. The metro station is right there too. The place itself has everything. They have a room with big lockers and great shower in case you can’t check in early. Breakfast was worth it too.

Zuko is a modern efficient, stylish hotel. I’m seeing more relevant hotel in this style. Staff was without flaw and truly presented as enjoying working there. It has some self service respects which you can welcoming manage and appreciate. I very much look forward to this being my top option for my return in February

I was really excited about staying at Zoku, but regretfully it didn’t meet my expectations. What I liked: the staff - they were super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The Expedia agent screwed up a change that I had requested, but the manager at Zoku was very understanding and did not penalize for Expedia’s screw up. What I did not like: the vibe was too pumped up and busy. The 7th floor had too much going on (check-in desk, bar, restaurant, lounge area, etc.) and it often took some waiting to get the attention of staff. There were lots of inefficiencies - we got a room that still had someone else’s luggage in it, even though the system showed that the person had checked out. This is a big security lapse. Plus the room hadn’t been cleaned before it got assigned to us, which cause concern about hygiene and cleanliness. They don’t do room service. You need to go to the 7th floor, place an order and wait for the meal to prepared. Lastly, they don’t provide the basic necessities that other hotels give such as bottled water, body lotion, conditioner - you have to pay for these things, which are (again) all on the 7th floor. Overall, not my best experience.

Zoku is a wonderful place where you could spend your stay in Vienna. Il like my room and the hotel concept. Moreover, it is suitable for families, couples and friends. People and devices it’s not estimable in terms of number or starts as they are marvellous and always right there to help you if you need!! Thanks

Mostly all fine, but..... the bar service was poor. The bar closes early evening around 21:30 which is unpleasant during summer days. Food/snacks were not available at late hours as well as simple draught beers.

Had a great few days in this place. The location is both convenient and fun. The staff and atmosphere were superb. Can highly recomend it for short or long stays.

Room was not clean upon check in. Found potato chips on the couch, hair on the bath towels, a clogged sink. Manager only said she apologizes and offered us a cake…seriously ridiculous and totally not worth the money. Their property in Copenhagen was really nice but this is a total pass.

It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are super friendly and professional. Everything is so convenient which made for a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would happily come back.

Great price for per night stay. We arrived past midnight, and there was someone to help us check in. Staff were very helpful with suggestions for transport and tourist destinations around the city. Living quarters are very cozy; well-thought of design and aesthetic. The loft felt very comfortable, and well equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, iron, hangers, hairdryer, you name it. Zoku is within comfortable distance to the metro (our main mode of transport around Vienna), and relatively close to the Innere Stadt as well. Surprisingly, the amusement park was not at all a noise hazard. The in-house restaurant was a pleasant surprise for us, with excellent food, great ambience and good service - definitely worth a try if you get weary of Viennese restaurant experience.

Fantastic place to stay; the sidekicks are amazing.. truly feels like a community, a home, a place to chill. And tons of fun amenities!

Really enjoyed the hotel! Our room was right beside a roller coaster and ran all night till midnight. So that was loud. They told us we got free breakfast but then got charged for it at the end which was very pricy. Triple check when they tell you that. Otherwise great accommodations, very unique and safe!
