We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Let me start off by saying, overall, it was nice however there were just a few things that spoiled our experience. Upon calling the hotel that day, the person on the phone couldn’t find my reservation. Somehow it was under a completely different name…not sure how that happened. Luckily the woman at the desk resolved it for us. I had requested early check in and she did accommodate however, the room smelled AWFUL. It smelled like terrible body odour…like armpits. It smelled extremely terrible so we just had to spray around with cologne and suffer. Even at night when we were sleeping, the room was just so strong with the smell, it was giving my husband a headache. He had bad sleep because of how awful and strong the body odour stench was. The room was clean, but the smell was definitely in the linens or something because it was BAD and it did not fade at all. The views were great & the hotel itself was beautiful but the smell definitely ruined our experience.

Stayed the weekend for a wedding, rooms were clean, staff friendly & helpful. Surrounding areas were cute & great for pictures.

The Pearle Hotel and Spa was beautiful! The amenities were superb! The restaurant and cafe had amazing service and memorable customer service. The design of the rooms and spa was modern and all the little details were much appreciated. I will be back for sure!

For $600/night parking should be included. Room wasn’t ready at check in, had to wait 30 min. Rooms are not sound proofed so could hear everything going on in hall and surrounding rooms. Should be max $300/night.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful property. Everything is well appointed and clean. Service was friendly and helpful. I suggest having lunch on the patio of the on-site restaurant, Isabelle. Something to note: you can hear guests in other rooms quite easily if they’re loud.Tthey have an on-site event space. There was a wedding taking place and unfortunately some of the wedding guests who stayed over at the hotel were loud in the early morning hours, I’m talking 3am, which woke both me and my husband. Not the hotel’s fault but not great.

Nice restaurant but expensive

Beautiful hotel with friendly, attentive staff. Easy check-in and parking. Walkable area (waterfront and downtown shops and restaurants). Modern and super clean!

This is my second stay and both times my wife and I have been thrilled with our visit. We celebrated our anniversary and they were so nice to bring up a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate.

Amazing

Overall a great stay, found it one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, but couple of little touches and it could be even better. Couldn’t see any obvious changing areas for the pool/spa and didn’t fancy heading down in the lift in a dressing gown. Also the rooms let in far too much light. Better blackout curtains/other measures to stop light coming in would be great. Also lots of LED lights in the room that I had to cover up. Loved the stay, the staff were excellent but with some minor changes, that would make the place even better.

This is luxurious boutique hotel. A must stay. An amazing experience from start to finish.
