It was very nice, clean and quiet

Fairly close to Gervais and Assembly st. A bit of a walk to the University but less expensive than those hotels next/near the school.

Great place to say. College move in weekend, so bittersweet. Front desk team was very friendly and helpful. Great location to all things downtown. Will stay again!

Outstanding staff for sure, and top notch kitchen breakfasts daily was outstanding served by friendly and kind individuals overall. If back in the area, or know of others in need of like stay in the area, would difinitely recommend.

We had 4 rooms booked under 3 reservations. I came earlier in the day and even assigned names to rooms and provided my credit card for incidentals for all 4 rooms. We arrive after soccer match (almost midnight) to find one of our pre-paid rooms had been given away! No hotels for hours due to big soccer match. We had no choice but to sleep in our car! Absolutely no accountability by hotel or IHG and I have received NO FOLLOW-UP for refund or how to make this right. Especially as a valued IHG member I am disappointed and devastated!!

The night staff was unbelievably courteous, friendly and helped me deal with a booking issue I had. Room was spotless too. Such a quiet area and decent parking.

Very modern and attractive. Staff pleasant at check in. Beds comfortable if a bit on the firm side. Parking is an issue. Arrived after dinner and got literally the last space.

The hotel was close to restaurants and local sights. Parking was on site and there were plenty of spots. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Highly recommend!

I was put in a dirty room moved to room 302 bathroom no hot water smell like mold mold around the shower would not recommend wasn’t offered a parking pass until I asked but I paid the $14 nightly fee came back in around 12am and was no parking !!!

Great stop over to get our USC kiddo to orientation.

The property is conveniently located in the DT area. Several restaurants within walking distance, the staff was very accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable.

AC in the room didn’t work great which was pretty bad but other than that it was a good place to sleep for the night.

This is my second year staying at this hotel and once again me and my friend greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The reason I gave four out of five stars is because we got locked out of our room on the second day when we had booked for three days. It also took a while for a new key card to be made. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast could’ve been better

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in around 4:15 PM on a Friday, needing to shower and change for an event at 6:00 PM. Despite having a reservation and the official check-in time being 3:00 PM, no rooms were available because they were still being cleaned. I waited in the lobby for 20 to 30 minutes until the front desk clerk unassigned a clean room from another guest who had not yet checked in and assigned it to me. After finally getting into my room, I showered and went to my event. Around 9:30 PM, while still out, I received a call from the front desk asking me to stop by when I returned because my credit card information had not been properly attached to my account. When I returned around 11:30 PM, I provided my card to a different staff member, who re-entered the information and re-scanned my key cards. However, at 1:45 AM, I received another call from the front desk, waking me up to say that my card was still not on file. This was the third time dealing with this issue. I went downstairs and provided my card again. The staff member explained that the previous clerk had incorrectly recorded a cash deposit instead of entering my card. The repeated errors and lack of proper communication from the front desk staff caused significant inconvenience. Being woken up at 1:45 AM for an issue that was entirely the hotel’s fault was unacceptable. The indifference and lack of apology were disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful, clean

There was not adequate parking until we had to go park in the overflow parking. Also is was only 9:15am and many items at breakfast finished and were not replenished. One of the reasons for staying here was the easy of a breakfast being included. This was a definite negative.

Cleanliness was lacking. Service was subpar. Decent location. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast that I paid for was non existent.Apparently the oven was broke? And parking was twice what is costs across the street. Felt like a money trap

Pay parking, super slow clunky elevators, no hot breakfast

Breakfast wasn't avaliable first day as advertised...kitchen staff advised not making any hot options...cereal, bread products, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and very ripe bananas were the "full" breakfast. Second day breakfast area not open...when questioned was advised staff didn't show up. Front desk clerk advised could email GM as resolution at that time. Also very small parking lot that cannot accommodate all rooms for parking so if you return late don't plan to have a confirmed place to park.
