Front desk representative was great. Good little cozy hotel to stay at

The manager lives on property and was extremely welcoming. We will for sure use this property again!!! We loved the hospitality we received. We didn't utilize all the services but the court yard was very beautiful and quite.

The unit was spacious, and the property had almost a beach condo fee to it, despite being in a hotel district near the airport.

Fantastic accommodations for our family of 6! Suite was very comfortable and spacious, had everything needed for our stay. Great communication from the property, great location and price point. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious room

Seems like a newly renovated place, however, everything seems slapped together cheaply. Courtyard motel style apartment complex. The app key did not work. The headboard lights were broken. The beds were just okay. The toilet ran 247. We were on ground level and large cockroach just appeared in the middle of our room and smaller bugs somehow got in as well. Will not be staying again.

The property is perfect for a long-term stay. The property manager on-site was a great host, always around and willing to help. At the same time, several items in the room didn’t work properly and were not addressed. Regardless, we would return and recommend the property. Thank you, Justin!

We stayed here while waiting on our home to be finished. The building is still new and that helps with the cosmetic appeal. The courtyard and other community facilities are decent enough. Our room was a decent size and was not clean but we cleaned on arrival and didn’t see a need to notify management as I would have cleaned it irregardless. However, management is poor. They do not like you to pay online so they have disabled most of these options. They had multiple vehicles vandalized during the month and a half of our stay. At least one daily as of late. They had a car stolen. They do not have cameras and have multiple signs posted that they are not responsible for damage or theft of property. They also have windows busted out of the building that have been that way for a couple of weeks. It seems nobody is interested in repairing. The housekeeping staff is very rude and there is rarely anybody in the office if needed. Justin seemed friendly on the surface but did not seem interested in resolving any issues as far as vehicle vandalism or being kind to his guests. Some paid online and he would cancel the reservation and kick them out. I am not sure what the situations were for each guest but I do know it seemed to happen a lot and always was loud and eventful. I never had any of my reservations cancelled but due to the other factors listed above we decided to finish our wait at another extended stay facility until our home is ready for move in.

It was good.

No one is ever in the office. We waited a hour along with other people to check in. The place was under construction. We couldn't leave are rooms because of it. Are room smelled of industrial pain. I was kicked out for smoking outside of the building. The manager lied about smoking in the building. They kicked both me and my wife out days before are booking was over and refused refund. I highly do not recommend this property.

The property is new, everything is very clean, it is safe, the parking for cars is spacious and safe. But the only thing that we didn't like is that if you stay on the first floor and you have noisy people in the room on above you, you can't sleep all night because you feel everything

The manager Justin was a great host… I wouldn’t mine coming back… ps, He is on top of it when it comes to quiet time after 9 pm

The kitchen amenities was a great plus, and not requiring a 5 day or more stay.

This was a good stay. We brought our dog and they were accommodating and placed us on the 1st floor. They had a laundry room which turned out to be helpful. Looks new and in a newer neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Justin the General Manager contacted me prior to arrival to check on our arrival time as the front desk closed at 5:00pm. If we were arriving later than that he wanted to ensure we were taken care of. The room was as advertised and any small needs we had as a family were met immediately and with a smile. If you are staying in the RDU area, stay here.

Clean and spacious.

Justin, general manager very nice. Property just as pictures online with amenities. Courtyard very nice some issues in room not vacuum, some dust and crumbs in chairs at bar in kitchen, and it was a terrible smell in stairwell. But overall the location and stay was good. Hoping on our next visit these issues will be taken care of.

We stayed at stayApt for 3 weeks, 745 a week including taxes,fees. Full kitchen with separate bedroom. Decent Wi-Fi. Room entry into the courtyard. Plenty of cats, dogs, children around. I wish my house was this quiet. Lush walkable neighborhood. So I’m thinking, at this price with utilities, no lease, could this be a long term living solution. Just saying.

A few things were not as good as my last reservation las Spring. 1) the stopper in the bathroom sink was not working, 2) one day we had NO hot water, 3) ab, there are onlu 2 habdicap parking spaces--there are only 2--and there were 4 customers try to share the 2 parking spaces.

I wish it would have been made more apparent that there was not an elevator on the property. I came to Raleigh for surgery and would have reconsidered staying here at I known.

Parking lot is too small. When I was there, the property was fully booked, and cars were parked not just in all the marked spaces, but in the areas marked for loading zones, etc. -- everywhere the curb wasn't painted red. I was lucky I didn't have to park in the hotel across the street and hope I didn't get towed.

The stay was okay. A little disappointing. Sheets on bed had a huge stain, parking lot ran out of parking spaces, and there were little dead warms inside bathroom. Ive stayed before with no issues this time a little disappointing

My room was has not been cleaned and my staybis 14 days. Management gave excuses as to why but no solutions. The workout area has no cleaning solution, towels, and the bathroom was locked for 4 days. They doors leadinging outside do not close so the temperature was 89 in there. I ran on the treadmill and almost passed out since it was so hot. Great building but managed poorly to say the least. And there was people smoking weed outside on multiple occasions

It was nice to have everything we needed so we did not have to eat out each night. The General manager was extremely helpful when we asked if we could extend our stay.
