The property is very close to the Venetian Harbour and Old Town, the hotel, staff and service were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel

Balcony with its view was amazing. Good Location and comfortable bed. Not enough hokes for wet towels and swim clothing.

Our visit to the Hyperion City Hotel was wonderful! From the wonderfully clean, modern room with a great view to the delicious breakfast to the great service, we loved every minute! The hotel was in a great location for walking to the water, restaurants, and Old Town. The staff members were so helpful! Stefanos even arranged for a takeaway breakfast for our departure because we had to leave before breakfast began. We rented a car and were always able to find street parking near the hotel in the evenings. We highly recommend Hyperion City Hotel!

Fantastic little hotel with a nice little local beach at the end of the road. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so kind and helpful and friendly!!! Breakfast was delicious, varied, plentiful! Walkable to everywhere in approximately 15 minutes. Plenty of great seaside dining options nearby. Rooms were large, showers with great pressure and hot water. Can't fault anything! Really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed previously at this hotel. Comfy bed, great rainfall shower. Easy walk along front to harbour. Great breakfast, different items on our 2 night stay. Not keen on juice out of machine. Very friendly staff. Will be staying again.

Beautiful resort! Loved our room!

First time in Crete with my family of four! Rooms were spacious and had also had half bath! Views from the 6th floor were beautiful! Staff (Salvatore and Yanni) were extremely helpful! Salvatore told us the top places to eat and where to go during our stay in Chania! Hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants! We got the package that included breakfast which was a great idea! The young host at the restaurant was super sweet and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious! The gym was small but adequate to get a quick workout in while on vacation! Overall had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel!

This hotel was definitely a 5 star hotel. It looked new and clean. The staff were exceptional. The amenities that we used were perfect. I would absolutely stay there again.

Highly recommended hotel, that provides a comfortable stay with attentive staff eager to assist guests in every way, displaying a highly service-oriented and friendly attitude. There are no observations to be made regarding the hotel, except as constructive criticism, the breakfast service commences rather late (7:30 am) and should ideally begin at 7 am, given that it is a tourist destination and most guests have scheduled tours departing at 7:30 am.

We recently stayed at the Hyperion City and Spa Hotel in Chania, Crete, and our experience was nothing short of perfect. As a couple, we found the atmosphere incredibly welcoming and romantic. The rooms were supremely clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services ensuring a consistently fresh and comfortable environment. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the view from our balcony. Overlooking the sea and the old town, we were treated to mesmerising sunsets each evening – truly a sight to behold. The breakfast options were different every day and of very good quality, allowing us to enjoy a delicious and varied start to our mornings. While the swimming pool is a bit on the smaller side, it did not detract from our overall experience. The bar was incredibly convenient, providing a relaxing spot to unwind. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Stefanos from reception, whose helpfulness and excellent advice made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Hyperion City and Spa Hotel offers a superb experience with its clean rooms, quality breakfast, stunning views, and outstanding service. We highly recommend it to any couples visiting Chania.

Great hotel and good location

Greeted by friendly professional staff, room was spacious and comfortable, free minibar and drink vouchers were a nice touch. Breakfast was good with a large variety of cold and hot options. Hotel is well situated for sea vue cafes and restaurants and only a short walk from the old town and to the main harbour

Excellent hotel - modern, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, free coffee and drinks in the fridge. Can’t be faulted. I’d stay again for sure.

Excellent quiet convenient hotel near the beach / water with excellent service and breakfast and reasonable hotel rate - only one problem no screens on windows let's mosquitos in!

We have just enjoyed a fantastic week. The room was superb, with wonderful views of the sea (we had a suite on the top floor). The room was spacious, with a huge spa bath, large ensuite shower, additional toilet and two balconies - well worth the money. The staff were outstanding, and could not be more welcoming or helpful. They spoke excellent English and organised both trips we went on (Knossos Palace and Imbros Gorge with IO Tours - both very highly recommended). The breakfast was super, with a great range every day. We ate in a couple of times and it was good value for a hotel; however, lots of choice for restaurants within a 15 minute stroll down to the harbour. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chania.

Excellent stay and a great location a although there were roadworks all around the area which spoiled the immediate area. The car park has very tight spaces making it difficult to park easily - especially a hire car with poor turning circle.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The bartender Patrios was the best. All the staff was awesome very helpful. The room and view were amazing.

I love the spacious room, great amenities, 2 blocks from the water where we snorkeled every morning before going about our day, convenient& walkable to restaurants & cafes. Will stay again!

Good location, nice staff, lovely new room. We were close to the walkway and the doors opening and closing were very loud at all hours.
