The Four Seasons is by far the best and nicest hotel in terms of facilities, experience, and customer service that you’ll find in all of New Orleans.

Best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!

Amazing place to stay, the staff very friendly, the hotel wow, service is a wow. Housekeeping number 1 in the hotel all the department its five star, I can't wait to stay there again.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing in every area, restaurant, spa, bar, lobby and housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. From the location it was easy to walk to a lot of places. One flaw for me was that it wasn’t recognizable from a distance - we only saw the signage when we arrived as it was hidden by cars - so easy to miss. We would definitely stay there again.

Four Seasons New Orleans exceeded our expectations. A little hiccup with housekeeping the 2nd day, but nothing else.

POOL WAS TO SMALL AND COMPLIMENTARY OPTIONS WERE EXTREMELY MINIMAL

Property, food, service was amazing! Went for my husband’s birthday from California. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the room I upgraded and requested for. I upgraded to a high room with city view and got the Hilton and part river view not what I expected or thought I paid for. Husband was okay with it but felt like it could have been better. Other than that issue everything else was amazing.

My wife and I are seasoned hotel vacationers and have high expectations. The staff at the four seasons made us feel more special than any that we’ve stayed at. Very clean and up to date room. Food was on point. Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was!

The ONLY bad thing about Four Seasons NOLA is that you’ll never ever want to stay anywhere else in the City. Fantastic stay as usual.

We had an amazing time at the Four Seasons New Orleans. The location is perfect, walking distance to shopping and dining, the staff was incredibly nice. We loved every about this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Great stay and location. Would come again. Would have given 5 stars for each if the room came with more item outside of just free canned water like fruit and snacks

am a loyal client of the Four Seasons and if you are looking for luxury and great service at their NOLA location try maybe the Ritz. The service is on par with a Motel 8 probably worst. The staff desperately need training. I went to check out in the morning I was told by the Director of Rooms said the system was down, I then said I’ll go on my tour leave my bags and when I return I’ll check out no worries. I returned and was served by the front desk clerk who doesn’t want to be there because omg the most condescending arrogant flippant woman I’ve met at a front desk. As I was going over the charges my daughter asked if she could collect my bags as I perused my bill. Ciara then said no she can’t give us our bags until we have settled the bill as per the instructions of the Director of rooms. I was surprised because yes there is a cc on file as is required upon check in so to be honest I could’ve just left and the hotel would’ve been able to get whatever funds I had for them. This was so unsettling for me and the height of unprofessional who can rob the four seasons who has ALL my info and who I’ve stayed with for years. I rarely do reviews but this one was needed I’ll be contacting corporate as well so that this isn’t done to another family and yes I feel it was intentional
