Beautiful property but on the non ocean side and they don’t allow you to use sister hotdd weed l which is on ocean side. Pool very nice. But there were little mites in master bath on sink counter.. they sprayed 3 times and each time the bugs came back immediately. I asked if they could get someone to treat the problem but that never happened. Had to keep everything out of bathroom. Also kept suitcase in garage and washed everything when got home… afraid we had brought them back. Also… they are building another building next door so it was extremely noisy from 730 am to 5. I asked to be moved but they never would move us. I would never recommend staying there

The trip all together was great the towels definitely need to be replaced old and dingy. Never need to let anyone charge anything to someone else’s room without identification are permission

Bartender (forgot his name) but he was fabulous with his customer service (I remember he mention he is off on Wednesdays).
When asked for towels and printing out boarding tickets was quick and easy.
Lastly, accommodations offered for round trip flights and pick up from Belize city to hotel and back was super convenient and seamless. Thank you!

I had an amazing time on my birthday solo trip here! I went in the middle of the week (August 20) so not many people but the staff was still very present and accommodating ! It is about 15/20 outside of the main town but I loved feeling like I had a full apartment instead of just a room. I was greeted with a drink & even got a great birthday song from the bellman. This is a sister property of Grand Caribe so the main restaurants are on their property across the street. I ate at Rain and Aqua ! I loved them both! The gym onsite is huge (if that is your thing) , room service was amazing and drinks were delicious . Special shout out to Rina, Ian , Carlos and my driver Aby for making my stay amazing. I plan to come back in The next 6 months!

Really beautiful property that has water/lagoon views. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a guard at the property gate opening all day. If i return to San Pedro, i would stay here again. The only minor critique is the check in process. It seemed a bit more involved and took more time due to multiple forms to sign. A longer check in process than other hotels I've stayed with. After a long day of travel, we were ready to just lay down for a bit and the check in felt like it added to that travel time.

It was my husband’s birthday they ruined the celebration there were no decorations I requested on his birthday, they realized the mistake and asked if they could make it up the next day. If I could tag what they set up you’d chuckle it was horrible! The ac leaked, the pool bar rarely opened at 10. We had issues with the cart we purchased the lady at the desk tried brushing us away but we wouldn’t let down due to safety we knew something was wrong so the hubby asked for the me mechanic and low and behold they had to issue another cart! The property is very nice I will say our week wasn’t horrible but the customer service could have been better.

I love that the property offered complimentary laundry service and bikes. I also loved being able to access the pool straight from my living room. The only thing that would make this hotel a 10/10 is if they offered all inclusive options and complimentary hotel airport transportation.

There is no dining on the property. You will have to walk a couple of minutes up the road to the Grand Caribe or another restaurant. The property is new and modern with a nice pool area. The staff at the desk are less than accommodating and not nearly as helpful as staff in other countries we have been to. The golf carts were advertised in the lobby as including a protection plan but after getting the contract, I found out that was not true! They are significantly overpriced compared to other local options, which do include insurance. All the guys serving drinks at the pool bar were very nice! When we come back to Belize, we will be staying somewhere else.

The property was awesome: super clean and comfortable. We spent almostba week at Caye Amberguis doing all sorts of activities. It was super fun, and super hot! Itbwas nice to be able to come back to the property and relax! The pool was perfect: super clean and big enough to accomodate the guests staying there. The room was SUPER relaxing and quiet. Our first night we had neighbors that were loud, and fighting. We called the staff and they handled it immediately. All the staff were auper friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed on site, and if we needed something it was easy to go get it. Therebis a small convinience store within walking distance, as well as several restaurants. However we rented a golf cart from the hotel so that we could venture into town ( about a 15 min ride) and to secret beach (around 25 min). It was the best experience and if we are ever in Belize again, we will for sure stay here!

It was amazing from start to finish. Very clean and staff was Amazing. I could have stayed on the property the whole entire time. It was so relaxing and if u have kids this would be great for them too. All the staff were friendly, helpful and nice. It was my birthday trip and they helped make it unforgettable‼️

This sister property was a spacious one bdrm condo that has amazing views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. Property was very clean and safe; staff was very attentive made my husband birthday wonderful and fun!

They were very nice and very accommodating. However, if you rent a golf cart with someone other than the hotel you have to park far away😩. I think the hotel should have pool parties or foam parties on the resort but nevertheless this hotel was GREAT!!

Sunset Caribe in Belize offers a serene tropical getaway with stunning ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with a full kitchen if needed. The staff was friendly and attentive. They do offer golf carts so make sure to book your golf carts in advance as they do run out pretty quickly. However, there are cheaper options near the city center that will deliver the golf carts directly to you. The hotel does offer the usage of bicycles for free which we did take advantage of. Riding bicycles was a great way to see the island! We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely would stay here again. Bought my mom here for Mother’s Day and it was really nice. The property had really good communication and even allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled timing. Beds were comfy and house keeping everyday was a plus, just wish they would come earlier in the day instead of 3pm when you would like to take a nap but all in all I Would recommend

We loved this property. The staff were so nice and friendly and they also were very knowledge about transportation options, excursion options, and great food options in the surrounding areas and in town. Also, the views on the property were amazing!!!! You could get the best pics of the sunset…will definitely return soon!
