Decent hotel, could hear snoring next door and banging upstairs for a bit and one chair was stained but otherwise it was a good stay.

Basic hotel which was expected for the price. Air con did not seem to work, rooms were way too hot and window only opened slightly. Paid extra breakfast but was not a proper breakfast as expected just a 'grab and go'. Bacon sandwich was just 2 rashers of bacon. very disappointing. Would have gone to Greggs down the road if we were aware of this beforehand. Staff were all friendly and really helpful.

Was ok, room had a strange smell like it hadn't been used in a while and disappointed with breakfast.
Bathroom very clean and good water pressure on the shower.

We have stayed here before, it is an ex Premier Inn so you know what you are getting and right next door to a really lovely pub , The Nags Head. Comfortable bed and had a good stay

Our room was across from the motorway. Because the room was extremely warm we couldn’t close the outer window. All night the traffic was running, therefore we had a very poor nights sleep.

When I arrived a warm welcome was received by the receptionist. The room was ok, Basic breakfast in the morning but was enough before heading on the road.

Dusty beds , no mobile or WiFi signals in bedroom , multiple occupants in rooms having party , smashing door and noisy. Kids were comfortable in room so we left room after 15 mins occupancy . Receptionist told me no manager on duty and can’t refund . She ensured I will get call from
Manager on Monday but no communication or refund yet . Terrible experience

The trip was last min so had the last room which was great and very clean and comfortable, we had an accessible room on the ground floor and if I had one thing was not right with the room is the bathroom was very cold and could have done with a towel heater in the room. And on the eco from the only reason I makes it low was we have electric cars and would have been hand to have had a charger or two in the car park. But other than that it was fine great location.

Very noisy, due to being close to main road. Unreasonably early check out for the price of a double room. A cleaning cloth was left (assume forgotten) on the toilet paper holder I. The bathroom.
Not that bad after all though...ok for one night stay.

The hotel was excellent value for money we had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable.

The floor carpets from reception to rooms would do with either a deep clean or replacement. The dressing table chair also needs a clean. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay and we look forward to another stay on our next trip to Yorkshire . The staff were amazing

This is the second time we have stayed here. Budget hotel but comfortable beds an pleasant friendly staff. Breakfast has improved with a hot sandwich offer available now. Nice pub next door which does lunch and dinner if required.

Great help yourself take away breakfast . Very helpful staff . I found room pretty quiet given the proximity to M62 - I also always use ear plugs . Take your own toiletries as the ones provided are not the best quality . Fast WiFi and plenty of parking .
