This was a great higher end hotel. However, with the higher end prices one would expect toilet paper and a bar of soap in the bathroom. Also, the weird thing that the switch in the other room had to be on in order for the bathroom lights to work was just bad electrical planning.

Spectacular hotel! Not only is the property perfect, but the staff is unparalleled. Brianna, Grace and John go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. There is no hotel that even comes close in the Wilkes Barre area.

Beautiful new property in the adjacent property to the arena. Great for concerts and events convenience. Id give 5 Stars, but hotel room door and bathroom door were very hard to open/close and made it especially noisy at night. Staff assured us it will taken care of immediately.

Very clean, from the room, the hallways, the eating/breakfast area. The staff at the front desk were kind. The staff providing the breakfast were pleasant, helpful and engaging. Which I found to be refreshing. They were not too busy to take a minute to say hello or ask if there was anything elae that we needed. All staff went above and beyond. This will definitely be my family's go to hotel from now on. I will also be sharing my experience to my immediate and extended family members that travel so they too may experience this same reward! Thank you for the experience!

Extremely loud people above us. Front desk was informed of the noise level both days we stayed and I was informed there was nothing that could be done. At the very least quiet hours should have been honored/ enforced.

We actually had to stay because of the weather, We were not supposed to stay overnight. But the Hotel was Beautiful and close to our Family. The Hotel staff was very friendly and Professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the Bathroom. The Shower didn’t have but one door, So when taking a shower it was cold.

This hotel is spectacular! In addition to incredible accommodation and cleanliness, the staff is amazing. I’ve travelled a lot over the last twenty years and I will tell you that this group of employees are by far the best at customer service. No other hotel even compares.

The hotel looks brand new. The suite was spacious and well-appointed. Everything you need is there including a brand new kitchen with appliances. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a quick walk to the Mohegan Sun Arena, so attending an event there would be easy in/easy out.

They stay was nice, but when I asked why they needed my credit card and if I was being charged for something when I already paid, the receptionist said no. I found later that night $20 was charged to my account. Not acceptable!!!
