Overall, a great experience. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. All the restaurants serve excellent food, with the Italian restaurant being my personal favorite. The manager reached out to ensure we were well taken care of, adding a thoughtful touch that made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and soak up the sun.

It is amazing destination for couples but not group of friends. It’s a very romantic destination to stay in. Outstanding service all the restaurants we dined in, cleaning was good but not spotless, great view and the best beach.

Let me start by saying this is a "party hotel" staff is not attentive as other all-inclusives. The pools qns ocean views are amazing, however, if u want to relax do not stay here
Not sure how "spa" and "party hotel" come two and two. The sheets or towels are not soft. Dinning options are 1st come 1st serve so you might wait 1-2hrs to eat and they only have couple dinning options.

We did not like the fact that we felt very hounded with the ultimate vacation purchase monopolized five hours of our time going over a sales presentation and they were very persistent

Overall, we were very pleased with this resort. The food was very good, the servers were kind and attentive. The pools were big and looked clean.
My only criticism was the lack of service regarding the room. We received absolutely no benefit with our VIP status. No bottle of wine, room upgrade, nada. When we got our room, the fridge wasn’t stocked completely and it was not working. They rectified that immediately so it was not a problem. There were no robes or slippers in the room. It felt incomplete. Housekeeping didn’t refill the fridge or coffee or snacks. Other than that, everything was great and I would book again and hope we get better service for the room in the future.

the hotel was really nice. All staff were attentive. Few restaurants open before 6 pm, which limits the all-inclusive options. The activities of the hotel plans are pretty cool. It's not too crazy filled with drunk people, which is a plus for me. which means they had more indoor mid-day activities to beat the heat.

I liked the modern look and feel, it was very clean and had a ton of events planned.
The rooftop pools were great as well.
Favorite spot to eat was the sushi spot, very great ambiance and view.
I did not like the room service, the wait time for food was way too long, several times I would have to call in for bottles of water and it would always be forgotten.
There is a window to leave food if you can’t answer the door but they don’t use it unless you request that ahead of time.
The after dark bar gets pretty packed and the bartender has to reuse the recycled cups off the bar top to serve more drinks, they are washed very quickly in front of you so that could be a sanitation issue. Over all it had it’s highlights but I would probably not go back.

For an all adult resort everything closes early and there was alot of rules. They also need more foods that carer to people with allergies

The food in the buffet area could use some work. Taste of the food via room service was subpar. Technology package was great but hard to figure out so many buttons. No tub but shower was great except the smell. I’m a contractor and it smelled like sewer gas coming through everything including the potable water. The beach area is a joke, probably the biggest disappointment of the whole experience.

Room was very clean, food amazing, staff is kind, very relaxing resort (NOT A PARTY RESORT THIS IS A LUXURY RESORT) I do believe you guys need more workers as some are over worked and tired but they are all still very friendly. There is also a bad smell in the hall of the Xhale towers.

The property and food options were very nice. The two pools were fun and staff were very polite and caring. Drinks were watered down but I guess that is expected. I did not like the pressuring for timeshare/member promotions. We just wanted to vacay. I would recommend this property.
