We didn't stay. We pulled up. And the parking lot was dark, we walked into the hotel it had a very strong smell. We left and found a better place to stay.

The hotel really needs remodeled. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was by far the most comfortable bed we had slept in on our trip.

Light bulbs were burnt out or missing, the room wasn’t clean, and service was awful. There was no elevator. I was afraid to take a shower. There weren’t outlets to use for computer or phone charging. The lobby had a peculiar smell, and the pool was out of order.

This place was AWFUL! garbage in drawers, puke stains on the floor. Cockroachs!!! Just an AWFUL gross place. There was NO BREAKFAST was only granola bars.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.The pictures that hotel.com uses in their advertisement is the farthest from the truth you can get. This hotel was the most run down building I have been in. Run down I may have been able to deal with since we were only staying from 10 pm - 9 am the next morning, but the tipping factor was how unbelievably dirty the room was. The floors were filthy and looked like they had not been vaccumed in I don't know how long. There were stains everywhere from god knows what kind of spills. Particles and large pieces of dirt all over the place, including dust bunny's and dirt in every corner. The microwave had food splatter on all surfaces. There was hair on the pillows. Tv did not turn on and light bulbs were missing from light fixtures. Walls were filthy and had deep gouges in the plaster. We tried to get some resolve from the front desk, and were told that this was their best room and there was nothing they could do. No room exchange or cleaning offered, we were told to unplug and replug the tv(didnt work) wouldn't even replace the missing light bulbs. We pushed and were again told that there was nothing he could do to help us in any way with any of the room issues. We ended up checking out 30 minutes after our arrival. When we had gotten nowhere with the hotel I reached out to hotels.com. Used the live chat and was strung along for 2 hours for nothing. They alleviated themself from any liability and took no responsibility.

What an experience with no hot water. Talked to front desk after checking about no hot water. They said they would get back to me after getting hold of maintenance. Waited over 20 minutes and finally called desk again. Told to turn water on for 10 to 15 minutes lever one way and if no hot water then repeat with lever other way. Water finally turned not even lukewarm, I then asked for different room and was told it wouldn’t make any difference. Certainly would never recommend this motel to anyone. Also led to believe there was breakfast, not true.

The room was not acceptible. It was dirty and wreaked of smoke. Also, the soom had been cleaned with a very potent cleaner that was so strong that my wife had to change clothes to get rid of the smell after looking at the room. The security lock was boken off and the carpet was very dirty. According to the front desk this was the bst room. The pool was closed due to maintenance, and according to other reviews it has been closed for months. The entire place was virtually empty. We did not stay.. The staff was very friendly while attempting to help us.

It was very disappointing to see that the only food availiable for breakfast was pacs of ganola bars or pacs of little donutes. Misleading when stated breakfast. We even saw someone refuse to stay after she saw no breakfast and that the rooms were not very clean, and not updated. Our bathroom sink was cracked. Had a cigerate burn in our bed sheet. Stained bathtub, and just so outdated, etc. The best area was the lobby which is the pic found on this page.

I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.we arrived about 8:00 and there was only one person working the whole hotel which was full. I was using a walker and there was no elevator and our room on second floor. Carpeting in hallway and stairs needed a vac and cleaning. Our room seemed a little cleaner but the headboard was ripped off and sitting on floor. Bathroom stool bowl looked dirty and they gave us small bath mats to use for bath towels. Noisy heater and neighbors meant little sleep. Would have left but we’re too tired to drive further. Very disappointing stay!

Well when we got there it smelled awful in the hall ways got into the room and it smelled musty and walked into the bathroom and it was gross the tub had stuff at the bottom there was condensation marks all over the walls.

Hotel should be shut down and revamped. From no functioning g security door, pool no working, plastic bag over the fire alarm, towel rack hanging out of the wall, painted foot prints in the room, holes in the wall, rust on most metal surfaces and the wall paper coming apart as well as a bed that needed to be replaced because it had a large indentation on the nightstand side. Finally, we had someone living in the parking lot next to our room.

Bugs, mold growing on the shower curtain, stains everywhere, no mattress in the pull-out couch, nobody answering the front desk phone. This place is a joke and should be refunding anybody who stays here. I didn’t even complete my stay, left a night early.

There were no locked doors into the building. They didnt have enough towels for guests, a painting was missing from the room, there were stains on the pillow cases, the shower looked nasty.

The hotel smelled horrible in the hallways & lobby & the carpet was squishy everywhere. When we got to our room, our curtains were half ripped down the wall, the heat/ac unit cover wasn't on & it wasn't running. No lights except the vanity light were working, they were all unplugged. One of the beds had nasty crusty sheets on it, the other was kind of okay. I saw a cockroach climb down the wall & go behind the TV. The bathtub drain was so clogged you couldn't take a 5 minute shower without the tub overflowing. It was DISGUSTING but there was no other hotel we could get a room at. 10/10 CANNOT recommend. Ever!! I want my money back. I'm currently sanitizing everything we had in that building. 100% gross. Oh, and the Continental breakfast was grab & go granola bars.

This is a roach hotel. It stinks as soon as you walk in, it was dingy and the pool was out of service. Our room had holes in the wall, the fire detector was not installed just wires hanging out of the wall. The carpets was dirty we asked for a service cleaning they never showed. The sheets were stained, thankfully we brought our own just in case. Will never go back

See pics, all actually taken when walked into the room. Locals say this place is trying to be sold to city for the homeless. Oktoberfest going on this weekend, no other hotels available in the area. Booked months out and should be refunded every penny spent here. Absolutely filthy, could only post 8, have more

First things first COCKROACHES! The front seat people have no clue what’s going on, I put a card on file to pay when they I got there, no one explained that they were going to run the card, my card got declined and then there card reader broke so they made me take cash out. Unreal thank god they waved the $6 atm fee. Room it’s self gross. Hole in the bathtub, mold all over the ceiling. Bed had stains everywhere. Also deadlock was broken so it was one flimsy lock to the door. Overall I’m actually scared places like this exsist. The fact cockroaches were in the room is terrible I probably have bed bugs and lice from the bed. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. i would rather sleep on the streets.

I was supposed to get a king size bed, didn’t happen. There were no functioning lights in the main room. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Then I killed a large bug, and dozed till morning and left!

The lobby looked very nice and then you walk down the hallway and see how dirty it is. In our room the comforter was all stained up, the blanket under it had a big hole in it. Fire extinguisher had the battery hanging out of it. Found bugs crawling around in the bathroom 3 different times throughout our overnight stay there. The breakfast was a grab and go because they had no place for seating. The pool is being repaired but we looked inside and it was filthy also. DO NOT STAY THERE!!

We stayed at the Norwood because we were traveling for our business and wanted to keep exspenses low. We booked a king bed, we recieved 2 queens. Online, the amenties list sound proof rooms but we could hear our neighbors entire conversation. Most of the items in the room were in pour repair (broken dressers, only one working lamp, stained linens, broken and missing grout in the bathroom, tiolet took forever to refill). We booked the hotel because it had a pool / spa tub and the free breakfast. The pool and spa was down for maintence and according to other reviews, it has been down for months. Breakfast was some hostess donuts, granola bars and mandarian oranges. We did take a few bars as a snack later, but we had to get breakfast elsewhere. We also encounter the weird smell that other reviewers describe. Unfortunately, the only thing we liked about the property was the cheap price, but we have had better at cheaper hotels. All in all, we had an ok stay but we won't be back unless it's our last choice.

Disgusting place. Worst I’ve ever booked through your company. Had to leave asap in the morning due to the filth we encountered. Not to mention the false advertising by the hotel. Never, ever will I stay at this location ever again. I demanded a full refund. Still waiting to receive it.

Staff was super kind and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. Quiet, exceot for occasional traffic sound. Negative-the only one i have is yhat the room would not cool down. The a/c is either plugged up, dying, or needs freeon. Overall though, pretty good for the price.

Checked in late on a Friday night. Got to my room and the keys to room wouldn’t work. Waited 20 minutes to get a worker to fix my keys and they still didn’t work. Finally got the room open to find cockroaches all over the floor. ALIVE!! Argued with worker for 30 minutes about a refund and finally got him to tell me he was gonna refund me and said it was going to go back on my card. It’s been over a week and still nothing

This property shouldn't even be a loud on Expedia it smells really bad as well as very dirty. They advertise as having a pool but the sign says it was being repaired in reading reviews the pool hasn't been usable in years. There is only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel. I've learned to check the reviews better and not relied on pictures.

This hotel should be condemned. A sign said pool was closed for maintenance but there isn't any maintenance done according to appearance. Everything was dirty and in poor condition. The housekeeping consisted of 2 people cleaning at night and didn't even have shoes on. Our keycard was programmed but didn't work and a jey was needed to let us in. Avoid this hotel!
