It is an old motel that has been completely and beautifully remodeled. The rooms are spacious, yet cozy. The shower was huge. The outdoor space was very nice. Breakfast was included, but instead of powdered eggs & mass-produced food, it was individually prepared by the chef/owner. The owners were super friendly and had a lot of advice about visiting the area (Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Moab). Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable, it was easy to get to, and everyone was super friendly. In the morning, you go into the dinning area and have a fresh breakfast that was just delicious. If I’m every in the area again, I will definitely be staying here.

A unique and very pleasant establishment. The room was a wonderfully warm and decorated quite a surprise for such a small establishment and a little town made this an experience a treat excellent breakfast freshly cooked excellent service walk-through to your room.

This property was a gem in an area without a lot of luster. The owners have created a pleasant private oasis with romantic lighting in an outdoor space. Rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was top notch! If going to explore some of utahs national parks this is a fabulous jumping off point! Highly recommend.

If you’re reading this, you are already contemplating staying in Green River. If that’s you, I can’t recommend the River Rock Inn highly enough! This family owned bed and breakfast is clearly a labor of love for the owners, long time hotel owners who picked up this place sight unseen and completely refurbished it over the ensuing decade or more. The attention to detail is fantastic! Each room is uniquely decorated and feels like a mini resort. The showers are beautiful! The decor in the rooms is similarly well done. Breakfast, prepared by the owner, Greg, is cooked to order and fantastic! We found this place by chance as we were looking for a place to stay between Denver and Las Vegas. Green River has seen better days I’m sad to say but this is a hotel we will definitely plan to stay in again! Thank you to the owners, Greg and Tracy, for your investment of time and effort to create such a terrific oasis in the high desert!

What a delightful place to stay! Everywhere I turned, there was another little detail that made this experience special. There were so many little details and special touches - the room smelled wonderful, there was calming music playing when I entered, and an impressive selection of snacks for a hungry traveler. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast I've had at a hotel. Ever. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Green River. What a gem!

This little B&B is a true gem, right there in the middle of hardly there Green River UT. What a find!! Our room was exquisite, from the vaulted ceiling to the huge shower! The owner prepares the breakfasts. We had the buttermilk pancakes. Best I've ever eaten!! Great little place and such a unique way to convert an old 1950s-60s highway motel. Kudos!

Chose this location for passing through to get to Moab after traveling all day. Obviously chose this hotel based on previous reviews of the excellent breakfast made each morning. This was the best breakfast I've had all year. But was also surprised at how nice the room was as well. Definitely going to stay here again for the convenience, nice room and breakfast!

This was the most amazing place to to stay. The owners go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. The rooms are beautifully decorated, a comfy bed and a huge shower. We had planned to leave early the next morning for our day at Arches National Park but decided to stay for breakfast. So glad we stayed, breakfast was delicious!!! Would definitely stay there again.

What a fantastic place. Wish I could have stayed longer. Cute cowboy themed rooms. Super welcoming family place. Chef, owner provided a wonderful breakfast. He gave us great itinerary to follow in Arches. We did it and had a wonderful time/ even added Canyonlands which wasn't on our original plan. Free snacks and water a plus. Thanks so much!

This was the gem of our trip. Beautiful rooms , wonderful made to order breakfast , friendly people oriented host and hostess . She showed us to our room and chatted a bit. Invited us to the foyer where a fireplace and grand piano were and invited us to play if we wanted to. The room had every comfort and thoughtful detail and was absolutely beautiful, it was so clean that when I dropped an earring and it rolled under the bed, I had to sweep it out with my arm and not even a speck of dust on the hardwood floors under the bed. Beautiful music and screensaver on the TV as we entered. Patio and firepit and patio light strings gave a warm gllow at night. The next morning we were greeted in the breakfast room and ordered Eggs potatoes Bacon Hot Tea. My husband had French toast and coffee. They served us and visited . There was a table with Hershey kisses, cookies etc and a wine fridge full of cold bottled water. She said to help ourselves to any and all goodies to take on the trip. I went down to the foyer that evening to see if anyone was there and to play the beautiful white grand piano. There was another couple who came in and she played beautiful Classical piano and he was a Jazz pianist and Billy Joel pieces. We had a great visit. I love this little gem and the people who run it. Will defiantly stay again. Don’t miss it if you come through Green River Utah.

From the outside this place looks like an old motor inn that has been renovated. The inside is beautiful with southwest style rooms. Very luxurious. The only negative for us was the distance to Arches National Park. We thought it was only 30 minutes and it’s closer to an hour but well worth the extra distance. Guests are pampered with a phenomenal cooked breakfast each morning and a beautiful place to sit and read or enjoy snacks in the evening. The price is great for what you get. We would definitely stay again!

This was a rare find. What a wonderful place with friendly staff and great accommodations. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and an easy drive to either national park.

From check-in until check-out, this was one of the most luxurious places I have ever stayed. The entire property feels like a high-end spa. The inn keepers did a beautiful job with curating a perfect stay, right down to the pleasing aroma throughout the entire property. The breakfast was made from scratch and served in the beautifully appointed dining room. If you are in the area for Moab, Arches or Canyonlands, you need to stay here.

The room was big the bed was very comfortable and clean. Breastfast was made to order. The owners are great Greg is very personable and informative. I would give a 10 if I could cannot wait to come back.

This little hotel is a true gem and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is appointed with a coffee maker and a wide variety of coffee and teas. The coffee cups are huge which is an added plus. The bed was extremely comfortable for watching the smart TV. One of the things which I enjoyed the most was the fact that I did not hear any of the usual hotel noises after we entered our room. The shower is huge with river rock on the floor. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided. Just in case your forgot any bath items they will be provided for you by simply texting the office. Now for the best part of this review, the breakfast. The Chef explains the breakfast items offered and then it is cooked to your satisfaction. He takes your order, prepares it, then serves you. This is one of the best Hotel breakfasts that I have ever had. If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay this is the one which you want.
