At the price point it was as expected.

Remote control for TV was missing, took an hour to correct. They were very accommodating regarding the issue and addressed it immediately. Manager had to come to property to program the remote.

The check in was not well informed. I sent message prior to going that we had service dog. When I checked in with my dog they wanted to charge me for the dog. I showed them my service card and they questioned me who the dog was for and why. Then they asked me what was the medical issue that the dog was used for. It was embarrassing. Then on check out they charged me for the dog. When I questioned that they said it was just till they check the room for damages, and it would be removed. To date they have not removed the extra charge. the breakfast food was bad, and cold.

Location to Price and Moab. Friendly staff.

Needs maintenance. TV didnt work but was replaced quickly. Toilet overflowed without a good reason and continued to have flushing issue thru entire stay. Parking lot was a haphazard situation.

The area was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

Bathroom was clean, but when taking a shower,tub made squeaky noises and water slow to drain Toilet overflowed in the a.m. Had to use bathroom by the pool. Continental breakfast poor.

Very nice rooms and we enjoyed walking down to the river.

You might want to warn guests about the automatic-sprinkler system. We went out front and sat at the table and chairs in the grass. We were just relaxing with a drink when suddenly we were nailed with the water being sprayed directly on us. We found it funny and it got us to go walking around. So ended up fine. 😁

The location was good and right across the street from a restaurant with a river view and decent food. However, I felt the room was very pricey for what it was. This was a very basic motel and was nothing special. We only stayed here because they allowed our dog to stay with us.

Our room was dusty because a window had been left slightly open. As a result, all surfaces had a layer of dust. TV stations were minimal and very basic. The carpet in the halls looked dirty, and our room had an odd smell. The elevator door made a horrible noise, so if staying in this hotel, request a room away from the elevator.
