Came into Seattle for one night and saw CitizenM on tiktok so decided to give it a shot! Def worth the hype! I forgot an item there too they promptly found after my stay. Thank you

Our first time staying at a CitizenM hotel. It was modern, clean and inviting, plus the location was great for our trip. We were a little surprised at the size of the room and it took a little getting used to with two of us. That being said the room was immaculately clean, modern and tech savvy. Everything in the room was conteolled by the iPad Mini and we loved the view. Only a few drawbacks besides the square footage. The mattress was too firm for my wife and she struggled sleeping. Maybe a mix of rooms with a softer option? Ovwrall though Id definitely give this location 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Super clean, small but efficient room. Fine for couples but too small if you’ve got a third - even if they’re young as there’s no additional floor space for a bassinet or a small crib. Stayed on a last minute whim and accidentally left my photo ID at home. Staff was friendly and super understanding and accepted a digital copy. Quiet neighborhood - probably not the place you want to stay if you’re looking to go out later in the evening, but in my case, I wanted a quiet hotel to get some sleep. This place checked the boxes.

Tiny, uncomfortable room. Practically a walk in closet.

Check in at kiosk, an attendant is available (during working hours) to assist. Small room, has a tiny fridge for 3 drinks and a small takeout box. Lights, a/c, TV, window curtains are controlled by ipad. Lobby is a lounge, with sofa, TV, tables, workbench with stools, and cafe. Good location - 7 min walk to Link rail and 2 min walk to bus station.

Bed sheets had stains. Gross. I asked for sheets to be changed, even the next day and they simply sent 1single sheet to our room on 1st night, where we were expected to change it ourselves. Not 4* hotel quality.

This is a lovely property and we were prepared to lose a few creature comforts but were surprised at the extent. The room was extreeemely small. The bathroom sink is in the living area thus affording little privacy. The room controls (blind, lights, media, etc) are primarily controlled via mini-ipad which failed to charge so left us with no TV. I rang the front desk but received no response. We found a remote but it was inoperable. The bed was comfortable and adequate in size but (oddly enough) the duvet was too small for two people. I was also disappointed at the lack of amenities. Not even complementary coffee and if you wanted to control the TV from the app (since we had no other options) there was even a charge for that. Be these issues nominal, for almost $400 per night we will not be staying here again and would not recommend to associates.

Hotel was clean but the room was subpar. The mattress is hard and the ultra small mini fridge in the room didn’t work. The bathroom setup is strange and the shower barely fit two average sized people. The shower head does not allow for good water pressure.

Spotless room, everything worked as should. Very high tech hotel.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and on trend. Price was very reasonable. Definitely would stay here again!

Great hotel, walkable to the ferry and many restaurants. We stayed here now twice, for concerts. I would recommend it!

It’s a nice hotel in a great Seattle location for a concert that we went to at a local stadium. We like to stay here when we have events in Seattle. It’s consistently good and has a nice bar in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Too much tech for us but otherwise for what we needed it was good.

I love the amenities, such as mood lighting and auto shade curtain that you can raise/lower with the touch of a button. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you’re using Google maps, the hotel is NOT in the alley, ithe lobby doors are facing Yesler. I may, or may not have been in that alley driving around the block a few times LOL!! The only thing I didn’t like about the room was not enough outlet plugs. (It’s not a deal breaker, just more convenient if there were more).

Very modern, hip boutique hotel. Fantastic location next to Pioneer Square and the water front. Would definitely stay here again.

Very modern amenities, including a mini Ipad to control the lights, blinds, and TV. Very clean with convenient check in and check out. That being said, the walls and floors are thin. You will hear everything that happens in the hallway, so a lot of door closing, people’s conversations, vacuuming happening above you etc. Not great if you’re a light sleeper and coming in straight from a flight. If you’re traveling with a partner, def keep it quiet if you’re getting busy as anyone nearby will hear.

We slept amazing. Love the beds! Shower pressure could haVe been better. Will definitely look to stay in Citizenm hotels whenever we travel!

Tiny tiny rooms- really just a king bed against the window, no room for baggage or anything. Best for single or couple at most with only carry on. Toilet is like in the shower. Not for couple w baggage if going on Alaskan cruise. But great location staff n breakfast.

Right off the Pier and extremely close and convenient to public transit was a big plus. Updated modern room with great appeal. The New kind of cozy you come to expect and great big picture window to drool over!

The pod style rooms were nice!

This is a hotel for single travelers with no luggage. The rooms are so small there is no room for luggage, no drawer space and you will be climbing all over each other if there are 2 people in the room. There is no onsite parking so be prepared to pay a lot to park and walk a lot. The hotel location is the one great thing. Close walking distance to the waterfront and baseball stadium. No in-room coffee maker so bring your own or pay 3.50 for a small cup in the lobby. Hotel does have a cool vibe but not cool enough to stay again.

Wonderful location for our purposes. One block from the pier where you can catch the ferry to Bainbridge Island. Light link rail stop from Seattle airport is only at a 5 minute walk. Plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself was clean, tiny room, but it was a non issue as we only were staying there for a night. Very friendly front desk staff.

I liked how clean the room is

This reminded me of a tube that one would pay for in Japan for a night...but with the price of the Ritz Carlton. Definitely not a value for your money.

Area is not the best part of town otherwise nice stay. Decent breakfast

Check-in and checkout were done simply at a self serve kiosk. Check-in time was 11. Security was good. Fast elevators. Very quiet. Excellent location to waterfront, Pike Marketplace, Amtral and light rail
