Staff was nice and quick with both the check-in and check out process.

The hotel was great just the parking my car got hit parked due to how they did the parking

The person from the lobby wasn't nice don't feel welcome and the room front to the street lot noise

I like this place, I’ve stayed a couple times. Very clean, and the staff is really friendly. The only downside is that you can’t walk to much. So you have to take an Uber. Regardless, I will be staying here again, mainly cause the place is affordable and the staff does make you feel welcome.

Limited small parking lot. Hotel felt old and dated. One trash can that's kept in the restroom. No trash can in the main room. There's community microwave in the lobby. Stairs only too.

Nice kept @nd clean. Safe and very quiet

First the staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms where nice but small. The parking was very poor, not enough psrking for the amount of rooms and too narrow for anything over a economy car.

I mean....you get what you pay for. It was nothing fancy but it was a place to sleep with a bathroom and that's all I needed for a weekend. The only bad things I experienced were a mosquito that bit me in my sleep and a few ants here and there. Shower water pressure was also pretty mid. But the staff was really helpful

Chosen because of the high reviews for cleanliness and the managerial response to lesser reviews, the price, location, and free parking. My husband checked in the night before my arrival with our dog. First room on second floor had no ac. That room was changed to second floor room with neon light flashing in the windows and wall ac with poor sealing, allowing street noise in. Nowhere to walk dog—environs seemed unsafe (and we are from NYC, so, have a high threshold) and no grass anywhere. Parking was very tight as people parked along the sides. I inspected on day of my arrival. Seemed quite clean, if dark and sparsely furnished (no luggage racks or counter space). I might have stayed the course, but, my husband had not slept at all the night before and was adamant about leaving. Hotel would not release us for the second night as it was not 24h before cancellation (obviously). Expedia refunded 2 days and we rebooked through Bring Fido at another hotel. Lost a night’s charge. My advice: just know what you are getting yourself into with this motel. It was not as billed/reviewed for us.

Good for 1 might stay. Parking is very tight and limited. There's also some noise over the weekend due to a night club across the street.

I was there for a night only. But based on that I liked the place. It was comfortable, conveniently located, had a sort of accidentally historical vibe to it, and the surrounding area was interesting.

Great customer service, room was clean and had everything we needed. A microwave was in the lobby for use which was great to head up food. Parking could be better not enough spots for customers.

I stayed at the Royal Pagoda Motel for a long weekend! They were open pretty late when I checked in late due to flight delays. The gentleman was very friendly at the front desk. The motel was cute and unique set right in Chinatown. Quick Uber to the LA convention center and restaurants! My room was on the ground level. I liked how it was a secure access area. I didn’t stay in the room for very long, mainly just to sleep at night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The bathroom could use a remodel because it was a little worn down, and the water pressure was not great. They cleaned my room each day, made my bed, new towels and restocked water bottles for me! Overall it was great for the price!

Simple, but clean. It met my needs to watch the Dbacks beat the tar out of the Dodgers. :)

Okay for the price

I thought the room's interior (1king) was initially clean and good looking at a glance. I stayed here for two nights and by the 2nd night my body was filled with bug bites. disgusted with the place and should have looked at the reviews before coming here. parking is also an issue if you arrive past 10 and you would most likely have to get street parking. other than the bug bites i guess the place was okay and close to the la historic park. staff was friendly and gave us extra towels during morning checkin.

It’s was nice and clean my mattress was the only issue, I’m assuming it’s old because it had a big dip in it. But other than that it did what it needed.
