Everything was good but had random people knocking on my door at 145 am and 315 am weird.

Perfect location, just next to Spanish Springs town square. Room is big and comfortable, clean and not so dated. Very good hotel overall.

Nice hotel at The Villages at a very reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was fine, but very limited seating. Nothing fancy about the hotel, but it worked well for our overnight stay.

Medications were stolen from our room. All they got out of stealing them was antibiotics, jokes on them, but the staff cannot be trusted. Ants in the bathroom and in the window seals. We took a blacklight in the restroom and urine was all over the walls beside and behind the toilet. Vanity sink did not drain properly. Bed was lumpy and hurt our backs. Upsides: Location was great, cost effective, balcony was nice/secluded feeling. Plenty of parking and the area was quiet. Overall: Will not stay again.

The hotel was gross and crack heads were there. We had to switch hotels to the holiday in express next store. Luckily the owners were the same and it was much better. We were very happy with the holiday inn. We cancels the best western after the first night and stayed at the holiday inn express the rest of the nights.

This place is gorgeous and well positioned to Spanish Springs. But the beds are not very comfortable and there were maintenance problems. Our sink was very plugged up and there were ants in the bathroom.

I can't believe this hotel has such great reviews. This is only the second negative review I have ever left but this hotel cost $150. The volume did not work on the TV control. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The phone did not work so I couldn't call them and tell them I had to walk down there and the last straw was the German roaches crawling around on the night table

Our stay was ok. I expected better with the Best Western and The Villages names attached to it. Front desk clerk during 1st shift on day of check in was rude, there were dead bugs all over the door to our room, cheese puffs in the dresser drawer, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned the children’s feet were black from it, the orange juice at breakfast was spoiled and while back and forth from the car to our room getting ready to leave, we were gagged by cigarette smoke.

The hotel was dirty apparently they did not have maintenance the sidewalks were disgusting stains and debris bug webs all around the doors trash cans overflowing staff wasn't nice the beds were horrible they were flat and very comfortable and what I can't believe is that they didn't even have a generator for their guests never again will I stay at a Best Western hotel!!!!!!

We booked for one night, and decided to stay a second night. We did have to move rooms, but they moved us to the closest room, and put our new room at the top of the cleaning list so we could have an early checkin. Both room we stayed in were clean and comfortable. This is a great hotel for the price, and an easy walk to the Spanish Springs Village center.

Needed to cancel the RSVP because of the hurricane. Called the hotel and Ms. Ward said she would cancel the RSVP. But I still don't see a credit.

The door to enter tge roon was disgusting, there were stains on the tub and bugs. There was a gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This is more like a motel, not hotel

I stayed in room 219 of the hotel with my family. The door was covered in cobwebs and dirt, and the room smelled awful. My child had a severe allergic reaction and an asthma attack. The breakfast was good, and the customer service was excellent, but the room was horrible. I had problems with the key card because it was so dirty that it wouldn’t read. My husband had to go to the front desk, and they resolved it quickly. The sink was clogged when we went to brush our teeth, and the water would just stay there.

I actually want to file the police report I feel very violated and I feel it was a very traumatic experience what happened to me by the elderly gentleman that was in the office by screaming and yelling and cursing at me and calling me vulgar names he said he was having a horrible day wouldn't even help me threaten to call the police on me as I was sitting there crying he was laughing at me this was the most horrible experience I've ever had anywhere in public in mind entire life

Great Location, comfortable rooms, with full size shampoo, cream, condition and bodywash our ac unit was very loud, breakfast with the essentials to start the morning, ice machine on property very convenient, chili's restaurant next door, staff very polite. Definitely will stay again. Was my second time.

The “breakfast” was 3 choices of cereal, sausage and egg bites (the same over my 3 day stay) and a couple of bread options. Coffee from an antiquated machine.
The AC in the room was so loud that I had to get ear plugs.
There are two other hotels in the same square that are better options.

Great location, recently renovated. However, yes, I know checkin time listed as 3pm. After leaving early for travel I arrived at 115 and the room wasn’t ready, understandable. Left and came back at 1445 and was told the room still wasnt ready and might be 25 more minutes. I was saved by the oncoming gentleman who switched our room to one of the many already rooms. I am a frequent traveler and have never had this happen. Usually if you are there they make a call, clean your room, then check you in. It isn’t like I was asking for a late checkout as I left at 0400 the next morning

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The problem was the temperature. I like to have it cool when I sleep or really any time. I was literally sweating even when sitting still. I believe the problem is that the curtains, when closed, block the AC. Well no one wants to leave their curtains open 24/7 on order for that to not be an issue. The staff was very nice and friendly. If the room works have gotten cooler, I definitely would have given it 5 stars. Maybe I'll try it again some time. Maybe not. Just depends on if I find a good rate. For almost $100 for a weeknight it would have been great to be comfortable.

The area was dirty and not well maintained. There was always couples arguing in the parking lot or hallways. The doors aren’t sealed around the frame; at night you can see light around the entire frame.
The pool has floating bugs and leaves every morning and all day, in my 3 day stay I don’t think it was ever cleaned. No pool towels.

The staff is very rude and unwilling to assist. Would not locate remote for the room would not provide coffee when it says coffee 24 hours a day. If you asked for anything, they acted like it was a big deal and usually blew you off
