Our stay was ok. I expected better with the Best Western and The Villages names attached to it. Front desk clerk during 1st shift on day of check in was rude, there were dead bugs all over the door to our room, cheese puffs in the dresser drawer, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned the children’s feet were black from it, the orange juice at breakfast was spoiled and while back and forth from the car to our room getting ready to leave, we were gagged by cigarette smoke.

The hotel was dirty apparently they did not have maintenance the sidewalks were disgusting stains and debris bug webs all around the doors trash cans overflowing staff wasn't nice the beds were horrible they were flat and very comfortable and what I can't believe is that they didn't even have a generator for their guests never again will I stay at a Best Western hotel!!!!!!

We booked for one night, and decided to stay a second night. We did have to move rooms, but they moved us to the closest room, and put our new room at the top of the cleaning list so we could have an early checkin. Both room we stayed in were clean and comfortable. This is a great hotel for the price, and an easy walk to the Spanish Springs Village center.

Needed to cancel the RSVP because of the hurricane. Called the hotel and Ms. Ward said she would cancel the RSVP. But I still don't see a credit.

The door to enter tge roon was disgusting, there were stains on the tub and bugs. There was a gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This is more like a motel, not hotel

I actually want to file the police report I feel very violated and I feel it was a very traumatic experience what happened to me by the elderly gentleman that was in the office by screaming and yelling and cursing at me and calling me vulgar names he said he was having a horrible day wouldn't even help me threaten to call the police on me as I was sitting there crying he was laughing at me this was the most horrible experience I've ever had anywhere in public in mind entire life

The “breakfast” was 3 choices of cereal, sausage and egg bites (the same over my 3 day stay) and a couple of bread options. Coffee from an antiquated machine.
The AC in the room was so loud that I had to get ear plugs.
There are two other hotels in the same square that are better options.

Great location, recently renovated. However, yes, I know checkin time listed as 3pm. After leaving early for travel I arrived at 115 and the room wasn’t ready, understandable. Left and came back at 1445 and was told the room still wasnt ready and might be 25 more minutes. I was saved by the oncoming gentleman who switched our room to one of the many already rooms. I am a frequent traveler and have never had this happen. Usually if you are there they make a call, clean your room, then check you in. It isn’t like I was asking for a late checkout as I left at 0400 the next morning

Morning service staff was on her phone instead of preparing the food service. She was condescending and rude.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The problem was the temperature. I like to have it cool when I sleep or really any time. I was literally sweating even when sitting still. I believe the problem is that the curtains, when closed, block the AC. Well no one wants to leave their curtains open 24/7 on order for that to not be an issue. The staff was very nice and friendly. If the room works have gotten cooler, I definitely would have given it 5 stars. Maybe I'll try it again some time. Maybe not. Just depends on if I find a good rate. For almost $100 for a weeknight it would have been great to be comfortable.

Very nice the gentleman at check in was great. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall very clean and great location.

The area was dirty and not well maintained. There was always couples arguing in the parking lot or hallways. The doors aren’t sealed around the frame; at night you can see light around the entire frame.
The pool has floating bugs and leaves every morning and all day, in my 3 day stay I don’t think it was ever cleaned. No pool towels.

Honestly, the hotel manager was so rude and nasty. It made my Stay unforgivable. The only reason why this state was any type Nice because of the lady at the front name, kerry I think that’s her name. I did not have enough for the deposit which she waved, but then the manager called me basically calling me, Broke and saying that is part of the policy and that I’m not allowed to go back ever again and she will call the cops on me if I try, which is kind of ridiculous when I’ve spent over $6300 at the other hotels They run. I’ll never stay here again

Cute bungalow style hotel. Very close to dining and shopping. (Chili’s next door and anything you can desire within 10 minute walk) of course it’s Florida so walk as the hot weather allows. Property was renovated within the past 5 years. The pool is small but quaint.

Check in was excellent! Courteous and knowlegable. Walked across the street to Chillies for a burger. 11 mi ute walk to a Publix and a fun community with music.

The room was very big and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The manager in the morning should not be there. She is not a people person. When I went to ask her a question she was very cold and acted like I was bothering her. She gave me quick snippy answers. We were there 5 days and the other afternoon lady was great. She greeted me every time I saw her and was very friendly and helpful. Even the older gentleman on the night before we left was great. But the Manager was the only problem. The breakfast was boring. The same thing every morning.

Shower floor had hair all over it, tv cabinet had something sticky on it, remote control was sticky. Obviously the maid is only cleaning things that visually look dirty and not cleaning all surfaces.
Breakfast was a joke, probably one of worst ever, missing food not replaced and garbage overflowing.

Had some alarm continue to go off in our room, nasty ass rude manager kicked us out not even 24 hours after paying for a week, claimed we smoked in the room, and in no way did

The office people stole $800 dollars from my leather bag that I accidentally left for no less than 10 minutes while having coffee in their breakfast area then wouldn’t let me or the police see video

I was waiting to begin a job and my original stay was extended by circumstances beyond my control. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Little glitches with software but it happens. Ok very all very good stay because of the staff.
