Was a fabulous place and checked all the boxes!!

This was my first experience with VRBO. I was very pleased overall. Our accommodations were cheerful, bright, and clean. We had beautiful views of False Creek and the Frazer River. The location was convenient and within walking distance to many attractions. Communication with the owner was pleasant and solution-focused. Great experience. Vancouver is amazing!

Fantastic location for day trips, subway access and nearest to great restaurants, shopping and cruise port. While the balcony is super, the subway can be a bit noisy while sitting outside. Uber's were always within 5 minutes away and airport is a quick 20 minutes.

We stayed a weekend for our first time in Vancouver. The place was awesome as adverised and Ria was a great host. She checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and that we were finding all of the best nearby places. The condo was clean and bright with its many windows and spectacular view. So many good nearby places to visit for food, shopping and entertainment. We would definitely stay at this condo again if in Vancouver.

We loved our stay in Vancouver. Ria was a great host and the property fit our needs perfectly. We highly recommend if you are looking for a downtown location, close to the train and also walkable.

The location is fantastic - almost equal parts walking distance away from Chinatown, Gastown, Downtown, and False Creek where you can catch a water taxi to Granville amongst a myriad of other stops. Public transit is also easy to use from here, and there are several excellent restaurants at the ground floor level as well as many fine eateries near by. The host was extremely communicative and helpful and was able to address a small hiccup that wasn't her fault (elevator issues - 2 out of 3 became inoperable) and get back to us to let us know she had informed the maintenance crew (fixed within a couple hours - didn't hinder our trip at all). One last point of note: should you need it, the air conditioning is ICE cold. While its vents are only in one bedroom and the main living area, it is more than enough to cool the place down quickly if you find yourself there in a heatwave like we did (85f/29.5c). Relaxing on the couch and gazing out the windows, we could see the wide open patio doors of residents in another building across from us all the way up and down the building as they tried to capture some kind of cooling breezes, making us very thankful for the addition of the AC!

This is a clean, modern, well furnished condo at a great location near downtown Vancouver. We didn't need a car at all since public transportation were convenient and there are many restaurants close by. Extra perk is that building itself has a swimming pool, hot tub & gym. We always looked forward to coming back to the unit to relax after a long day of exploring the area. Host is always responsive and helpful, offering tips on where to store luggage before check in & where to go eat. This is a gem of a find. We so loved our stay here. Don't hesitate to book.

My friend and I stayed here for a girls trip and had so much fun. We were able to walk to so many great restaurants, Gas Town, China Town, Monorail is close for navigating away from the area, 10 min walk to the water taxi to head to Granville Island. I loved the accessibility to everything from here. Would stay again! ☺️

We had a great stay. Convenient access to BC Place and downtown locations. Nice views from the unit. The property manager was very responsive.

Ria is a great host. Her home is nicely decorated and clean. We were close to transit and amenities, would definitely stay again.

We're a family of 4 that came to Vancouver to explore for a few days. This was a great place to stay. The place was very clean and the manager was very quick in her replies. The view and location were great. Chinatown is only a couple blocks away. Will definitely consider booking here next time we come to Vancouver.

This property is in a great location easy access to public transportation. We were two couples the unit had plenty of space and a good view. The condo has a pool, gym and sauna we all enjoyed. Ria was wonderful in communicating and gave good instructions. We would highly recommend this property and when we return will likely be renting this unit again.

We had a great time enjoying the property, city and even up to Whistler. The condo itself was very comfortable. A little warm considering the hot temperatures this week, but the AC did a pretty good job considering we were on the 28th floor. My son loved the HUGE pool on 2nd floor and hot tub. Finally, Ria was amazingly responsive. Always got back to me within 5 minutes anytime I had a question. Gold medal for sure!!

This very clean, well situated apartment was wonderful for a weekend away. The host was very responsive and overall a great time had by all. With our hot summers coming the 2nd bedroom was very hot, really not sure what could be done about it, there was a fan in the room. Would recommend this apartment

We loved the property!!! We had our 2 teenage daughter with us. The view was amazing of the downtown area from the balcony. The queen beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash in a container on the wall. We used the washing machine and dryer. There was a hair dryer and iron. There is a coffee pot and another pot to make hot tea. We were walking distance to the Rogers Arena which helped because we went to a concert there. There are restaurants and coffee shops right out the front door. There is a local coffee shop, a Tim Horton’s coffee shop and Starbucks within 2 minutes from the condo. We walked to Robson Street and enjoyed all of the shops. There were so many restaurant options in that area. Chinatown is walking distance. We walked to Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. The Vancouver Art Museum was walking distance. We took the water taxi several times over to Granville Island and enjoyed the food and shops over there. The SkyTrain Chinatown stop is walking distance if you want to take public transportation. We had a rental car and were able to park in the parking garage. We used the car to go to Grouse Mountain, Lynn Canyon State Park & Suspension Bridge, Horseshoe Bay, Sea to Sky Gondola, Shannon Falls & the quaint town of Squamish. We had an amazing trip and this condo was a fantastic “home” base!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean and comfortable with cool water views. Parking is tricky (depending on what you are used to) as you need to obtain the fob from the condo, go back to your car and then go through several gates to find the parking stall. Ria left good instructions on how to do all of this, it was just a multiple step process. It was nice to have a dedicated parking space where we felt our car was safe so it was worth it! We walked or ride shared for the duration, to avoid traffic and break-ins which from my reading are frequent in downtown Vancouver. Good walkable location, responsive owner! Thanks Ria!

Had a superb stay at Ria’s place; it was clean, comfortable, bright, airy and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Ria is a responsive hostess that was available for any questions/issues we had. Highly recommend!
