Our family enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and updated. Short walk down to the beach and close to the main restaurant and shops. Great stay!

I booked this condo after I visited my friends there in 2023. I absolutely love it!
I didn’t have any problems and the weather was perfect. I’m going to book my 2024 vacation at the same condo. I communicated with Julie and she was very nice, considerate and respectful of my circumstances. I will always recommend VRBO and Seascape Resort.

Vrbo canceled my initial reservation, double booked, about 10 days ago and then found me your place.
then a few days ago they send me an email that my reservation was confirmed at the place they canceled.so I had to call them to find out what in the world was going on.
Then they never send me an email to explain that my next messages were under the name LuxVaca. so that's why I never looked at those messages.
so the words royal disaster where for Vrbo and not for you.
by the way i'm 87 and don't go for stuff like that
your place is very enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape 214! It was just as advertised with great views, comfortable spaces and easy to navigate property. Really a great home base for exploring the entire Santa Cruz-Aptos and North Monterey Bay area. Our hosts were very accommodating and made it easy for us to change our dates and extend our stay. We will definitely be back!

Such a lovely place to stay! I didn’t realize the property was at a resort. The beach is a path away and the entire resort is very well maintained with many amenities. There are shops within walking distance to purchase a groceries if you need them. Check in was a breeze and hosts communication was on point. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend!

Hello,
The room was nice, but the resort has changed and no need to go on a rant about what we experienced.
For your listing - the main building pool is no longer adults only, and no need for card keys to access as one has to go thru the main building to the side patio doors.
We appreciated how clean the room was, the down pillows, and full size refigerator. There is one white mug that has a large crack at the top of its handle that you might want to remove.

Great time! Would return for another vaca. Stairways need to be cleaned. Only Three towels and two washcloths for 9 night rental was not enough. Loved the beach, deck, two fridges, pools, hot tubs and View!

Lovely, comfortable and well appointed suite. Perfect location for a weekend getaway or week Of relaxation by the sea.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished for two people. The weather was cold and foggy so the great view was obscured. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and found some wonderful restaurants in Aptos and Capitola. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great vacation condo, in a fantastic location for enjoying the resort and amenities but also the regional highlights. Fantastic communication and seamless checkin from the host and one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever come across. Unit was refurbished recently and has quality fixtures and furnishings and we will definitely stay again.

Upon checking in the property had not been cleaned. This was at 4:00pm.
I called the property manager and they said the cleaners must have forgot. I asked how long it would be and if they could give a discount. My 75 year old mother and I were very frustrated. The manager first indicated it wasn’t her fault and that the cleaners were very busy that day. I had to press quite a bit for a discount for the inconvenience which was ultimately given.
Once we were finally check in after 5pm, the property was as described.

Condo was perfect, great room was clean and had all that we needed. The balcony was nice and big and such a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Close to path to beach and easy to park. Would come again!!!

My family and I always enjoy Seascape and this property is excellent - if you open the Living room door, you can hear the ocean, there is a good size refrigerator which is so important with kids, and the place is located near a pool and the pathway to the beach. We hope to plan our next trip to Maui and utilize one of the sister properties there for our trip!
