Great location. Central to everything. Small but efficient. Lovely place to stay.

I needed a place to rest and recover from cancer treatments while my spouse could work remotely and this home provided everything and more than what we expected. A spotless and fully stocked home, close to the river with beautiful walks and bike rides, we’ve never been so happy and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Had a nice stay with our 3 young kiddos (6, 4 and 1). Older boys loved the loft area, and place was close enough to the park and downtown for some fun. Place was clean and quaint. Could’ve used a few staples (Kleenex, garbage bags and laundry detergent) but we made due otherwise. Close to downtown but if you’re bringing kids you’ll want a stroller to get little legs there without complaints. A baby gate would be a bonus to make the loft more user friendly but we were happy overall.

This place was so cozy with comfy beds & the cutest back patio to chill and catch up on life with my cousins. We all fit very comfortably even with one bathroom. Lol! We definitely would stay again at this place.

This place has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and a grill. Very clean and comfortable, walking distance to the Royal Gorge railway.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Cañon City. It was clean, well-appointed, comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood was very nice, too.

We really liked the place. The house is comfortable and cosy. It is a quiet community with tourist places nearby, a variety of restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes away. Michael was friendly and helpful. When we return to Cañon City we plan to rent the same place.

Great house in great location. About 15 min from the royal gorge and walking distance to restaurants. Walking seems weird in a town with the highest security prison in the country but I felt save walking lol! Great little house, great location, and great outdoor space.

Small cozy place. It’s an older neighborhood but the neighbors seem friendly. Only draw back is the one bathroom. It’s an great place for a couple.

Excellent home in great location! The house had everything we needed and was a great spot to spend the week. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a neat garden space in the back.

This property couldn't be any more perfect! I have never stayed at a property that has so many extra amenities. All the small things provided by this property are such a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. There were outdoor games and water toys in the shed. The upstairs is larger than it appears in the pictures, not to mention each room upstairs has its own AC unit! This place would comfortably sleep 6 adults. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is in a perfect location. There is a beautiful park, free splash pad, the Royal Gorge Train, and river access within a short walking distance. Downtown is a short walk as well, with many local restaurants and coffee shops. The property owner was AMAZING to deal with. We ended up having a member of our family go to the hospital and have to stay there overnight. We weren't ready to travel home and needed an extra night staying at the property, and Michael was amazing to work with. This will be the only place we stay when visiting Canon City. See you soon!

This was an awesome home to stay in while we were out visiting with friends. It had everything we needed to stay in the house, it was close to everything and just overall a nice place to be away from home.

This house was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The outside temperatures were hot and I was very thankful for the AC in the house. It is within walking distance of the river walk. Checkin and check out process was easy. I would stay here again.
