Location is excellent. Easy walk down to Marina even with kids in tow. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of room for luggage. Large areas so as a big group we were not on top of each other (11 people). Pool is great size, very deep so just be aware if not competent at swimming. Good entertaining area.

We booked as 11 people with pull out sofa being used. This was not made up and we had to search for blankets etc. No sleep the first night as we didn't realise the mattress was flipped the wrong way over....springs in back. Handles on tall boy upstairs hanging off. Main area is downstairs for eating and entertaining yet upstairs had more plates, cups etc so had to keep going upstairs to get. The bathroom upstairs is completely see through from bedroom (glass wall) so when hiring out as large group someone can not be in the bedroom dressing while someone using shower. There are small trip steps going from dining area to kitchen down stairs, one of the bathrooms etc so a few kicked and bruised toes so just be mindful. Toilet in the laundry has no paper holder so toilet paper sits on the floor and broken buttons for flushing. Small issues easily solved and usually not a big deal but when paying over $1000 a night these things should be taken care of.

had not been sprayed, quite a lot of insects including a Huntsman access to the swimming pool needs to be easier

Location was perfect! The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Having use of the pool was great!

Nothing we didn’t like but just a suggestion would be a fan in the back room and possibly a shade cloth or umbrella by the pool.
