Superb.All small things taken care of precisely. Very neat and clean.good food to north Indian taste.very courteous front desk staff. Rooms maybe a little small but very comfortable . 5 stars 🌟 I would even rate 11 out of 10

1.due to low occupancy, buffet wasnt put, and in my 4 night stay, all 4 days the breakfast menu was same, which was monotonous. I suggest management to work on it. Experienced wonderful hospitality overall but restaurant staff can be trained a little better( to be more smiling and willing ) 2.Location. Depends in which part of trivandrum u need to visit, I had to spend a lot of money on taxis.check before u come

Service was quick and easy. The whole staff were attentive and keen to detail. Loved the food from the restaurant.

The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, alleyways and the area. Good restaurant. Had sumptuous and delicious 😋 food. The chief a great guy.

The hotel was new and clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast they offer is exceptional. Overall ambiance in the hotel, restaurant and room were nice.

Lunch Buffet is a nice spread. Breakfast options are decent and the food tastes good.

1. Room soundproofing is not that great. Some of the staff were speaking loudly in the corridor and it was a cause of disturbance at times. 2. There was a small mix up with the appetiser we ordered for dinner. We'd ordered a plate of chilli chicken and it came mixed with pieces of fish. However, the Chef did call up to apologise and the same was not charged. The Kitchen staff should be trained to be more careful when preparing & serving.

The hotel is new and clean. Super firm and comfy mattress. The staff is wonderful. Food is great. We will stay again!

there’s no sound isolation, but still deserves 10/10!
