Really friendly and engaged staff. They made my surprise birthday arrangements for my partner very quickly and we had a wonderful time! The rooms are clean and big, the ambience is lovely too. The spa is very nice and modern. The staff passed a few times when we were at the pool and spa to ask if we needed anything to eat or drink. We would only recommend!!!

This hotel exceeded all expectations we had. We chose it based on the previous good reviews and it did not disappoint. We were contacted via WhatsApp with information we might need like parking and directions etc and then when arriving very late after a flight delay (12:15pm), we were welcomed with a warm no problem attitude and guided round the amenities in our room. The room was beautifully clean and tidy with everything we’d need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was lovely and hosted by Pantaleo and Angela, who went out of their way to ensure we had good service. When enquiring about local places to go, Francesco drove us down to the port and picked us up when we were ready without hesitation. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable break away, and would recommend this hotel to everyone considering a visit to Lake Garda.

There wasn’t anything we felt could be better.

It was perfection from start to finish. From the moment we entered the location, staff and room were epic stars and made our experience excellent. If we come back to this area, this would be our number 1 choice (especially with the view from our room). The Spa experience was also the icing on the cake.

Everything...there are no complaints. I travel the world and have to say that this area and the experience at this location was epic. I especially enjoyed the hot/cold showers in the Living Spa. It was perfect after a day of running Lake Garda Marathon.

As non smokers, the proximity of the outside where people smoked was unpleasant forcing us indoors which meant we couldn’t take full pleasure in the glorious view and weather.

Beautiful views, lovely outdoor swimming pool. Good size rooms, clean and comfortable. Excellent shuttle service to the centre. Lovely wellness centre. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Perhaps a little more choice of food for the evening if you decide to stay at the hotel.

Beautiful new hotel, the breakfast is super with all different types of food, open until 11 every day, and always refill if something is missing.The terraces overlooks to the lake and the view is amazing under the huge umbrellas. The pool is also open until 10 PM and beds are always available, no need to worry about a free spot. Cleaning is fast, always done before noon. The owners are helping with all kinds of requests, from boat rentals to restaurant recommendations. One day we walked down to the town and the owner just stop his car and take us all by car without asking for shuttle service. The parking is closed, all room has a designated parking space.

Almost perfect experience at a great location. Unpretentious service. Pure Recreation for us. Tastefully decorated rooms, quiet atmosphere, pool with a great view, bar with everything you need, easy garage parking, super friendly and dedicated staff.

Nothing I can think about. Keeping this level might be a challenge.

Outdoor infinity pool & indoor spa (pool with jets & waterfall, sauna, steam room & experience showers. Good breakfast with lovely coffee. Only breakfast and light snacks on site however, a shuttle service is provided if requested. Good local pizza 5 minute walk away. Staff helpful & polite. Great service even drinks around the pool. You will not be disappointed. Its lush

AC was noisy and options for dinner were limited to toasts / sandwiches & cold dishes
